Description
Claims (14)
- 錠剤供給装置(13)と、少なくとも1つの錠剤容器(15)に動作可能に接続されて前記錠剤容器(15)を錠剤(12)の搬送のための第1位置から錠剤試験のための少なくとも1つの第2位置に移動させる昇降装置(20)と、少なくとも1つの錠剤特性を取得するように構成された錠剤試験装置と、を備え、前記錠剤供給装置(13)は、前記錠剤(12)を前記錠剤容器(15)に配置するように構成された出口を備える、錠剤試験ステーションであって、
前記錠剤容器(15)は、上面に前記錠剤(12)を受け、運搬するように構成された少なくとも1つの旋回可能なフラップとして形成されて、前記錠剤(12)を位置合わせするための少なくとも1つの位置合わせ面(23、26)を備え、前記昇降装置(20)は、前記錠剤容器(15)の、前記錠剤供給装置(13)の出口からの距離ができる限り近くなる搬送位置まで、前記錠剤供給装置(13)に対して前記錠剤容器(15)を移動させ、更に、錠剤試験のための少なくとも1つの第2位置に移動させる、錠剤試験ステーション。 - 請求項1に記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記昇降装置(20)は、駆動手段を備える、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項1または2に記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記昇降装置は、制御装置(17)を備える、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記錠剤試験装置は、前記錠剤容器(15)上に前記錠剤(12)を位置合わせするための少なくとも1つの位置合わせ面を有する、長さ、及び/または、幅、及び/または、厚さ測定装置として形成される、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項4に記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記錠剤試験装置は、光学手段または光学センサ装置(25)である、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記錠剤試験装置は、破壊強度測定装置及び/または破壊挙動を試験する装置として形成される、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項6に記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記錠剤試験装置は、前記錠剤(12)を位置合わせするための少なくとも1つの位置合わせ面(21、22)を有する破壊装置(24)を備える、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記錠剤容器(15)の位置合わせ面は、偏向器(23)として形成される、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記錠剤試験装置は、平面に配置される、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の錠剤試験ステーションを備える機械。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の錠剤試験ステーションまたは請求項10に記載の機械を用いた錠剤の試験方法であって、
少なくとも1つの旋回可能なフラップとして形成されて、前記錠剤(12)を位置合わせするための少なくとも1つの位置合わせ面(23,26)を備える前記錠剤容器(15)を、前記錠剤(12)の搬送のために、前記昇降装置(20)を用いて前記錠剤供給装置(13)に隣接した位置に移動させる工程と、
前記錠剤(12)を前記錠剤供給装置(13)から前記錠剤容器(15)上に搬送する工程と、
前記錠剤容器(15)にある前記錠剤(12)とともに前記錠剤容器(15)を少なくとも1つの第2位置に移動させて試験を実行する工程と、を含む錠剤の試験方法。 - 請求項11に記載の錠剤の試験方法において、前記錠剤(12)は、方法の完了時に前記錠剤試験ステーション(11)から排出される、錠剤の試験方法。
- 請求項1に記載の錠剤試験ステーションにおいて、前記フラップが旋回して前記錠剤(12)の排出のための位置合わせがなされる、錠剤試験ステーション。
- 請求項12に記載の錠剤の試験方法において、前記フラップが旋回して前記錠剤(12)が排出される、錠剤の試験方法。
