Abstract

Procedimiento para la realización de una prueba de dureza en muestras de prueba (7, 7'', 7", 28, 28''), especialmente en comprimidos o píldoras, en el cual la muestra de prueba es transportada a una mesa de prueba (1, 1'', 1", 32, 32'') entre un pistón de presión (3, 3'', 3", 26, 26'') y un contrasoporte (4, 4'', 4", 27, 27") y la dureza de la muestra de prueba es medida mediante la presión del pistón de presión (3, 3'', 3", 26, 26'') contra el contrasoporte (4, 4'', 4", 27, 27"), caracterizado porque: a) La posición en el espacio de un eje preferencial (12, 12'', 12") de la muestra de prueba (7'', 7'', 7", 28, 28'') es determinada por medio de procedimientos ópticos, electrónicos o acústicos; b) Se determinan datos de corrección, que son dependientes de estos datos sobre la posición y de la posición del pistón de presión y del contrasoporte; c) El pistón de presión (3, 3'', 3", 26, 26'') y el contrasoporte (4, 4'', 4", 27, 27") son desplazados de un modo relativo a la muestra de prueba, la cual mantiene invariada su posición encima de la mesa de prueba, tomando como referencia estos datos de corrección, de tal modo que la dirección de prueba (13), es decir, la dirección en que el pistón de presión (3, 3'', 3", 26, 26'') y el contrasoporte (4, 4'', 4", 27, 27") presionan el uno contra el otro, coincide con la dirección del eje preferencial (12, 12'', 12"), y el contrasoporte es llevado directamente junto a la muestra de prueba; d) La dureza de la muestra de prueba es determinada a continuación al presionar el pistón de presión contra la muestra de prueba mientras que el contrasoporte permanece en una posición invariada.
