Claims (2)
- 弁座(7)及びノズル孔(9)を有するノズル部材(2)と、このノズル部材(2)の後端に連設される筒状の弁ハウジング(3)と、前記弁ハウジング(3)内に収容され、前記弁座(7)と協働して前記ノズル孔(9)を開閉する弁体(13)、この弁体(13)の後端に連結される連杆(14)、並びにこの連杆(14)の後端に連結される可動コア(12)よりなる弁組立体(10)と、前記可動コアに対向する固定コア(5)と、前記固定コア(5)及び前記弁組立体(10)間に縮設されて前記弁体(13)を閉弁方向へ付勢する戻しスプリング(33)と、前記固定コア(5)を囲繞するように配設され、通電時、発生磁力により前記可動コア(12)を前記固定コア(5)に吸引させて前記弁体(13)を開弁させるコイル(22)とを備えてなる燃料噴射弁において、
前記固定コア(5)及び可動コア(12)の中心部に燃料供給部に連通する中央燃料通路(49)を設ける一方、前記弁体(13)を前記弁座(7)と対向する環状の弁部(13a)を有する中空円筒状に形成し、該環状の弁部(13a)の内側に該弁体(13)の開弁時に前記ノズル孔(9)と連通する内側燃料通路(56)を設け、前記連杆(14)の外周に、前記中央燃料通路(49)を前記内側燃料通路(56)に直線的に連通する複数の縦溝(54)を設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記弁ハウジング(3)と前記連杆(14)との間に前記縦溝(54)が開口する燃料室(55)を、また前記弁ハウジング(3)と前記弁体(13)との間に、該弁体(13)の開弁時、前記内側燃料室(56)と並列して前記ノズル孔に連通する外側燃料通路(57)をそれぞれ画成し、これら燃料室(55)及び外側燃料通路(57)間を連通する切欠きを前記弁体(13)に設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
