Claims (4)
- 弁座(7)及びノズル孔(9)を有するノズル部材(2)と,このノズル部材(2)の後端に連設される筒状の弁ハウジング(3)と,この弁ハウジング(3)の後端に連設される中空の固定コア(5)と,この固定コア(5)の後端に連設される燃料入口筒(6)と,前記固定コア(5)内に配設,固定され,前記燃料入口筒(6)内を前記弁ハウジング(3)内に連通する中央燃料通路(50)となる中空部を有するスプリングリテーナ(36)と,前記弁ハウジング(3)内に収容され,前記弁座(7)と協働して前記ノズル孔(9)を開閉する弁体(13)と,この弁体(13)の後端に連設されて,前記固定コア(5)前端の吸引面(5b)に対向する可動コア(12)と,前記スプリングリテーナ(36)前端の後部スプリング座(35)と前記可動コア(12)の前部スプリング座(34)との間に縮設されて前記弁体(13)を前記弁座(7)側に付勢する戻しスプリング(33)と,前記固定コア(5)を囲繞するように配設され,通電時,発生磁力により前記可動コア(12)を前記固定コア(5)に吸引させて前記弁体(13)を前記弁座(7)から離座させるコイル(22)とを備えてなる燃料噴射弁において,
前記スプリングリテーナ(36)と前記固定コア(5)との間に,前記中央燃料通路(50)と並列して前記燃料入口筒(6)内を前記弁ハウジング(3)内に連通する外側燃料通路(51)を設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記固定コア(5)の内周面に嵌合固定されるスリーブ(38)の内周面に前記スプリングリテーナ(36)を嵌合固定し,前記スリーブ(38)の外周面に前記外側燃料通路(51)を溝状に形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記スリーブ(38)の前端部を前記スプリングリテーナ(36)の前端より前方へ突出させ,このスリーブ(38)の前端部内に,前記戻しスプリング(33)の後端部を,その横振れを規制するように受容させたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記固定コア(5)の内周面に前記スプリングリテーナ(36)を嵌合固定し,これら固定コア(5)及びスプリングリテーナ(36)の嵌合面の少なくとも一方に前記外側燃料通路(51)を溝状に形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
