Claims (4)
- 弁孔(7)、及び該弁孔(7)を通過した燃料を外部に噴射する複数の燃料噴孔(11)を備える弁座部材(3)を前部に有し、固定コア(5)を後部に有する弁ハウジング(2)と、この弁ハウジング(2)内に軸方向移動可能に収容されて前記固定コア(5)前端の吸引面(5a)に対置される可動コア(12)と、この可動コア(12)に連結されて前記弁孔(7)を開閉する球状弁体(14)と、前記弁ハウジング(2)の外周に配設され、通電時、固定コア(5)及び可動コア(12)間に吸引力を発生させて前記球状弁体(14)を開弁させるコイル(30)とを備え、前記弁座部材(3)には、その軸方向に延びて前記球状弁体(14)の開閉動作を案内する弁案内孔(15)が設けられ、この弁案内孔(15)を、その周方向に、軸方向に延びる複数の面(15a)と複数の内角(15b)とを交互に配列してなる形状に形成して、前記複数の面(15a)により球状弁体(14)の開閉動作を案内する案内部を構成し、前記複数の内角(15b)の内側を前記弁孔(7)に連なる燃料通路とする電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
前記複数の燃料噴孔(11)の数を前記複数の内角(15b)の角数と同数として、これらの燃料噴孔(11)を前記弁座部材(3)の中心軸線(Y)を中心とする円周(C)上に開口させたことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
前記弁案内孔(15)を軸方向視で正多角形状に形成したことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
複数の前記燃料噴孔(11)を前記複数の内角(15b)と同位相に開口させたことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
複数の前記燃料噴孔(11)を前記複数の面(15a)と同位相に開口させたことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。
