Claims (2)
- 前端部に弁座(8)を有する弁座部材(3)と,この弁座部材(3)の後端に同軸に結合される磁性筒体(4)と,この磁性筒体(4)の後端に同軸に結合される非磁性カラー(6)と,この非磁性カラー(6)の後部に嵌合固定される固定コア(5)とで弁ハウジング(2)を構成し,この弁ハウジング(2)に,前記弁座(8)に着座可能の弁体(18)及び,この弁体(18)の後端に連設されて前記固定コア(5)の前端吸引面に対向する可動コア(12)よりなる弁組立体(V)と,前記弁体(18)の前記弁座(8)への着座方向へ前記弁組立体(V)を付勢する弁ばね(22)とを収容し,前記非磁性カラー(6)及び固定コア(5)を囲繞するようにコイル組立体(28)を配設し,このコイル組立体(28)を収容する磁性のコイルハウジング(31)を介して前記磁性筒体(4)及び前記固定コア(5)間を磁気的に接続し,このコイルハウジング(31)は,前記コイル組立体(28)を囲繞する胴部(31a),前記コイル組立体(28)の前端に対向する前端壁部(31b)及び,前記磁性筒体(4)の外周面に圧入固定されるボス部(31c)を一体に連ねてなる,電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
前記磁性筒体(4)を,外径が前記コイル組立体(28)の内径より大で且つその外径より小なる中間筒部(4m)と,その中間筒部(4m)の前端に連なる,それより厚肉の前側筒部(4f)と,その中間筒部(4m)の後端に連なる,それより厚肉の後側筒部(4r)とで構成し,前記前側筒部(4f)は,その外周面が後向きの第1位置決め段部(37)を介して前記中間筒部(4m)の外周面に連なるように形成され,前記後側筒部(4r)は,その内周面の略全体が前記可動コア(12)を囲繞し,またその後端に前記非磁性カラー(6)より半径方向外方に広がる第2位置決め段部(38)を有するように形成され,
前記前端壁部(31b)を,その軸方向厚み(t1)が前記胴部(31a)の半径方向厚み(t2)より大となるように形成すると共に,前記前端壁部(31b)の前端面より突出する前記ボス部(31c)を,その内周面が該前端壁部(31b)の内周面に連続すると共に半径方向の厚みが該前端壁部(31b)の軸方向厚み(t1)より小となるように形成し,
前記後側筒部(4r)及び前記中間筒部(4m)の連続した外周面に前記前端壁部(31b)及び前記ボス部(31c)の連続した内周面を圧入嵌合すると共に,前記ボス部(31c)の前端を前記第1位置決め段部(37)に当接させることにより,この前端壁部(31b)と前記後側筒部(4r)とで,内周面の略全体で前記可動コア(12)を囲繞して該可動コア(12)及び前記胴部(31a)間を磁気的に接続する一連の磁路形成部(36)を構成し,前記第2位置決め段部(38)で前記コイル組立体(28)の前端面の半径方向内側を支承して該コイル組立体(28)の軸方向位置を規制し,前記前端壁部(31b)を前記コイル組立体(28)の前端面の半径方向外側に対向させたことを特徴とする,電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
前記コイルハウジング(31)の前記前端壁部(31b)の後端面と,前記第2位置決め段部(38)に支承された前記コイル組立体(28)の前端面とを,間隙(g)を存して対向させたことを特徴とする,電磁式燃料噴射弁。
