Description
協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、前記弁座が形成された弁座部材と、先端側の端部に前記弁座部材が圧入及び溶接された状態で組み付けられた筒状体と、を備えた燃料噴射弁において、
前記弁座部材は前記弁座の外周側に基端側に向けて立設された側壁部を備え、
前記側壁部は先端側の端部と基端側の端部との間に段差面を備え、
前記弁座部材と前記筒状体との溶接部は前記段差面に対して基端側に設けられ、
前記弁座部材は、前記段差面よりも先端側における前記弁座部材の先端側外周面部と前記筒状体の内周面との間の先端側接触圧が、前記段差面よりも基端側における前記弁座部材の基端側外周面部と前記筒状体の内周面との間の基端側接触圧よりも小さくなるように、前記筒状体に圧入された状態で組み付けられる。

Claims (7)
- 協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、前記弁座が形成された弁座部材と、先端側の端部に前記弁座部材が圧入及び溶接された状態で組み付けられた筒状体と、を備えた燃料噴射弁において、
前記弁座部材は前記弁座の外周側に基端側に向けて立設された側壁部を備え、
前記側壁部は先端側の端部と基端側の端部との間に段差面を備え、
前記弁座部材と前記筒状体との溶接部は前記段差面に対して基端側に設けられ、
前記弁座部材は、前記段差面よりも先端側における前記弁座部材の先端側外周面部と前記筒状体の内周面との間の先端側接触圧が、前記段差面よりも基端側における前記弁座部材の基端側外周面部と前記筒状体の内周面との間の基端側接触圧よりも小さくなるように、前記筒状体に圧入された状態で組み付けられたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記弁座部材の前記先端側外周面部の外径、前記弁座部材の前記基端側外周面部の外径、前記先端側外周面部と接触する部位に形成された前記筒状体の先端側内周面部の内径、及び前記基端側外周面部と接触する部位に形成された前記筒状体の基端側内周面部の内径が、前記先端側接触圧が前記基端側接触圧よりも小さくなるように構成されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記筒状体の前記先端側内周面部は前記基端側内周面部に対して内径が大きく形成されることにより、前記先端側接触圧が前記基端側接触圧よりも小さくなるように構成されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記弁座部材の前記先端側外周面部は前記基端側外周面部に対して外径が小さく形成されることにより、前記先端側接触圧が前記基端側接触圧よりも小さくなるように構成されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記側壁部は、前記段差面から前記弁座部材の基端側端部まで同一の内径を有するように形成された基端側孔部と、前記段差面から前記弁座部材の先端側に向かって前記基端側孔部の内径よりも小さい内径を有するように形成された先端側孔部と、を備え、
前記段差面は、前記基端側孔部と前記先端側孔部との内径の差により、前記弁座部材の内周側に形成されることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記段差面は、前記弁座部材の内周側に径方向外方に向かって形成された環状溝の側面部によって形成されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記段差面は、前記弁座部材の外周側に径方向外方に向かって形成された環状溝の側面部によって形成されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
