Description
協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、
相互間に電磁力を働かせて前記弁体を駆動する可動鉄心及び固定鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心及び前記固定鉄心を内包する筒状体と、を備え、
前記筒状体は、前記可動鉄心と前記固定鉄心とが対向する対向部の外周側に、前記対向部に対向する当該筒状体の部位を挟んで燃料噴射弁の中心軸線に沿う方向に離間して配置され、肉厚の薄い第一薄肉部及び第二薄肉部を周方向に形成する第一環状凹部及び第二環状凹部を有し、
前記第一薄肉部は、前記中心軸線に平行で且つ前記中心軸線を含む断面において、前記中心軸線に沿う方向の両端部に、前記第一環状凹部の側縁と底部とを曲線で接続する第一曲線部を有し、
前記第二薄肉部は、前記中心軸線に平行で且つ前記中心軸線を含む断面において、前記中心軸線に沿う方向の両端部に、前記第二環状凹部の側縁と底部とを曲線で接続する第二曲線部を有し、
前記第一曲線部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向において、前記第一環状凹部の前記側縁から前記第一環状凹部の深さ寸法よりも大きな寸法範囲に亘って設けられ、
前記第二曲線部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向において、前記第二環状凹部の前記側縁から前記第二環状凹部の深さ寸法よりも大きな寸法範囲に亘って設けられ、
前記第一薄肉部と前記第二薄肉部との間に形成された厚肉部の内周面に対向する前記可動鉄心の外周面及び前記固定鉄心の外周面のうち、少なくともいずれか一方に、前記厚肉部の内周面との隙間を拡大する隙間拡大部が形成される。
Claims (4)
- 協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、
相互間に電磁力を働かせて前記弁体を駆動する可動鉄心及び固定鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心及び前記固定鉄心を内包する筒状体と、を備え、
前記筒状体は、前記可動鉄心と前記固定鉄心とが対向する対向部の外周側に、前記対向部に対向する当該筒状体の部位を挟んで燃料噴射弁の中心軸線に沿う方向に離間して配置され、肉厚の薄い第一薄肉部及び第二薄肉部を周方向に形成する第一環状凹部及び第二環状凹部を有し、
前記第一薄肉部は、前記中心軸線に平行で且つ前記中心軸線を含む断面において、前記中心軸線に沿う方向の両端部に、前記第一環状凹部の側縁と底部とを曲線で接続する第一曲線部を有し、
前記第二薄肉部は、前記中心軸線に平行で且つ前記中心軸線を含む断面において、前記中心軸線に沿う方向の両端部に、前記第二環状凹部の側縁と底部とを曲線で接続する第二曲線部を有し、
前記第一曲線部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向において、前記第一環状凹部の前記側縁から前記第一環状凹部の深さ寸法よりも大きな寸法範囲に亘って設けられ、
前記第二曲線部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向において、前記第二環状凹部の前記側縁から前記第二環状凹部の深さ寸法よりも大きな寸法範囲に亘って設けられ、
前記第一薄肉部と前記第二薄肉部との間に形成された厚肉部の内周面に対向する前記可動鉄心の外周面及び前記固定鉄心の外周面のうち、少なくともいずれか一方に、前記厚肉部の内周面との隙間を拡大する隙間拡大部が形成された燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記第一薄肉部は、前記断面において、前記中心軸線に沿う方向における、前記第一環状凹部の一方の側縁と他方の側縁との間が曲線で接続されており、
前記第二薄肉部は、前記断面において、前記中心軸線に沿う方向における、前記第二環状凹部の一方の側縁と他方の側縁との間が曲線で接続されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記第一薄肉部の前記曲線及び前記第二薄肉部の前記曲線は、楕円の周を成す弧で構成される燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記隙間拡大部は、前記可動鉄心の外周面及び前記固定鉄心の外周面の両方に形成され、
前記固定鉄心の外周面に形成される前記隙間拡大部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向において、前記可動鉄心の側とは反対側の端部が前記第一環状凹部の前記可動鉄心の側の側縁よりも前記可動鉄心の側とは反対側に位置し、
前記可動鉄心の外周面に形成される前記隙間拡大部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向において、前記固定鉄心の側とは反対側の端部が前記第二環状凹部の前記固定鉄心の側の側縁よりも前記固定鉄心の側とは反対側に位置する燃料噴射弁。
