Abstract
【解決手段】固定コア5及び可動コア12の中心部に燃料供給部に連通する中央燃料通路49を設ける一方,弁体13を中空円筒状に形成してその内側に,弁体13の開弁時にノズル孔9と連通する内側燃料通路56を設け,連杆14の外周に,中央燃料通路49を内側燃料通路56に直線的に連通する縦溝54を設けた。

Claims (2)
- 弁座(7)及びノズル孔(9)を有するノズル部材(2)と,このノズル部材(2)の後端に連設される筒状の弁ハウジング(3)と,この弁ハウジング(3)の後端に連設される固定コア(5)と,前記弁座(7)と協働してノズル孔(9)を開閉する弁体(13),前記固定コア(5)の前端の吸引面(5a)に対向する可動コア(12),並びに前記弁体(13)及び前記可動コア(12)間を連結する連杆(14)よりなる弁組立体(10)と,前記固定コア(5)及び前記弁組立体(10)間に縮設されて前記弁体(13)を閉弁方向へ付勢する戻しスプリング(33)と,前記固定コア(5)を囲繞するように配設され,通電時,発生磁力により前記可動コア(12)を前記固定コア(5)に吸引させて前記弁体(13)を開弁させるコイル(22)とを備えてなる燃料噴射弁において,
前記固定コア(5)及び可動コア(12)の中心部に燃料供給部に連通する中央燃料通路(49)を設ける一方,前記弁体(13)を中空円筒状に形成してその内側に,該弁体(13)の開弁時に前記ノズル孔(9)と連通する内側燃料通路(56)を設け,前記連杆(14)の外周に,前記中央燃料通路(49)を前記内側燃料通路(56)に直線的に連通する縦溝(54)を設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁ハウジング(3)と前記連杆(14)との間に前記縦溝(54)が開口する燃料室(55)を,また前記弁ハウジング(3)と前記弁体(13)との間に,該弁体(13)の開弁時,前記内側燃料室(56)と並列して前記ノズル孔に連通する外側燃料通路(57)をそれぞれ画成し,これら燃料室(55)及び外側燃料通路(57)間を連通する切欠きを前記弁体(13)に設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
