Abstract
【解決手段】コイル組立体30の外周に第1遮音樹脂層41を形成すると共に,この第1遮音樹脂層41とカプラ42とを一体に成形してカプラ42付きコイル組立体30を構成し,このカプラ42付きコイル組立体30のボビン31を弁ハウジング1及び固定コア5の外周面に嵌合すると共に,これらの嵌合周面間に遮音用の空気層43を形成し,このカプラ42付きコイル組立体30を収容するコイルハウジング45を弁ハウジング1及び固定コア5に嵌合して固定し,この弁ハウジングの外周とカプラ42の根元の外周とを覆うように第2遮音樹脂層49を形成した。

Claims (4)
- 前端部に弁座(8)を有する弁ハウジング(1)内に,前記弁座(8)と協働する弁体(18)及び,この弁体(18)に結合される可動コア(12)よりなる弁組立体(V)を収容し,弁ハウジング(1)の後端に,励起時,可動コア(12)を吸引して前記弁体(18)を開弁させる固定コア(5)を連設し,これら弁ハウジング(1)から固定コア(5)に亙りそれらの外周に,ボビン(31)と,このボビン(31)に巻装され,通電時固定コア(5)を励起するコイル(32)とよりなるコイル組立体(30)を配設し,このコイル組立体(30)の一側に,コイル(32)に連なる給電端子(34)を保持するカプラ(42)を配設し,コイル組立体(30)の外周に,弁ハウジング(1)及び固定コア(5)間を磁気的に接続するコイルハウジング(45)を配設した電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
コイル組立体(30)の外周に第1遮音樹脂層(41)を形成すると共に,この第1遮音樹脂層(41)とカプラ(42)とを一体に成形してカプラ(42)付きコイル組立体(30)を構成し,このカプラ(42)付きコイル組立体(30)のボビン(31)を弁ハウジング(1)及び固定コア(5)の外周面に嵌合すると共に,これらの嵌合周面間に遮音用の空気層(43)を形成し,このカプラ(42)付きコイル組立体(30)を収容するコイルハウジング(45)を弁ハウジング(1)及び固定コア(5)に嵌合して固定し,この弁ハウジングの外周とカプラ(42)の根元の外周とを覆うように第2遮音樹脂層(49)を形成したことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
弁ハウジング(1)を,コイル組立体(30)の外周面側を覆う胴部(45a)と,この胴部(45a)の前端部から半径方向内向きに屈曲する環状端壁部(45b)と,この環状端壁部(45b)の内周端から軸方向前方に突出して弁ハウジング(1)に嵌合,固着されるボス部(45c)とで構成し,前記環状端壁部(45b)と協働してボビン(31)を軸方向から挟持するように,前記胴部(45a)に嵌合,固着されるフランジ状のヨーク(5y)を固定コア(5)に一体に形成したことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
合成樹脂製のボビン(31)の少なくとも軸方向一端面に,前記環状端壁部(45b)又はヨーク(5y)に接触する圧縮変形可能な複数の突起(47)を形成したことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において,
固定コア(5)の中心部に,弁ハウジング(1)内と連通する縦孔(21)を設けると共に,前記ヨーク(5y)に,外径が固定コア(5)より大径で上記縦孔(21)に燃料を誘導する燃料入口筒(26)を一体に連設したことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。
