Claims (5)
- 車両のフロアパネルに開けられた据付穴の内周縁に接合されるフランジと、
前記フランジからなだらかに連続して下方へ向かって延びる側壁と、
周囲が前記側壁となだらかに連続し少なくとも1つの開口孔を中央に有した底壁と、
前記開口孔を中央に配した両側に少なくとも1つずつ配置されて前記底壁よりも上方へ向かって突出した座部と、
前記開口孔を塞ぐ底蓋と、
前記座部に載置されるバッテリの角よりも内側に曲率半径の中心が設定された曲面で前記側壁及び前記底壁をなだらかに連続した隅部と、を備え、
前記曲率半径は、前記バッテリの外側面から前記側壁までの距離よりも大きく、かつ、前記座部の高さよりも大きい
ことを特徴とするバッテリボックス。 - 前記フランジの外周縁は、前記フロアパネルに跨るようにシーリング材で覆われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたバッテリボックス。 - 前記底壁の前記開口孔の周囲は、前記底壁よりも下方へ突出している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたバッテリボックス。 - 前記底蓋の外周縁は、前記開口孔に装着された状態で、前記底壁に跨るようにシーリング材で覆われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたバッテリボックス。 - 前記フランジの少なくとも一部は、前記フロアパネルの下部に配置される補強部材とともに前記フロアパネルに接合される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたバッテリボックス。
