以下、本発明の基板への端子の実装構造の第2の実施の形態について、図面を用いて説明する。特に言及しない限り、第2の実施の形態の基板への端子の実装構造は、第1の実施の形態と同様である。

Claims (3)
- プリント配線基板上に固定されたコネクタハウジングと、前記コネクタハウジングに保持された複数の端子とを備え、前記複数の端子の端部が前記プリント配線基板上の複数の導体パターンに半田付けされたプリント配線基板への端子の実装構造において、
前記プリント配線基板上に載置された前記コネクタハウジングには、仕切り壁により仕切られて形成された複数の溝が設けられ、該溝内には、前記端子の端部がそれぞれ配置されてなり、
前記端子の半田付けされる端面は、前記仕切り壁が前記プリント配線基板と接する端面よりも前記溝の奥側に配置され、前記端子の端部と前記溝の内面との間には、溶融した半田が流れ込む空隙が形成されていることを特徴とするプリント配線基板への端子の実装構造。 - 前記溝の底部の溝幅は、前記端子の端部の横幅よりも小さく形成され、
前記仕切り壁は、前記溝の断面が台形となる傾斜面を有して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプリント配線基板への端子の実装構造。 - 前記溝の底部の溝幅は、前記端子の端部の横幅よりも小さく形成され、
