Abstract
【解決手段】コネクタハウジング13に保持された複数の端子15の端面をそれぞれプリント配線基板上に配列された複数の導体パターンの上面と対峙させ、端子15の端部(39)を導体パターンに半田付けするとともに、コネクタハウジング13をプリント配線基板上に搭載する。コネクタハウジング13の側面には、仕切り壁41により仕切られて形成される複数の溝31が設けられる。溝内には、端子15の端部(39)がそれぞれ配置され、端子15の端部(39)の側面と仕切り壁41との間に空隙45が形成される。

以下、本発明のプリント配線基板(以下、基板と略す。)への端子の実装構造の第1の実施の形態について、図面を用いて説明する。
以下、本発明の基板への端子の実装構造の第2の実施の形態について、図面を用いて説明する。特に言及しない限り、第2の実施の形態の基板への端子の実装構造は、第1の実施の形態と同様である。

Claims (4)
- コネクタハウジングに保持された複数の端子の端面をそれぞれプリント配線基板上に配列された複数の導体パターンの上面と対峙させ、前記端子の端部を前記導体パターンに半田付けするとともに、前記コネクタハウジングを前記プリント配線基板上に搭載するプリント配線基板への端子の実装構造において、
前記コネクタハウジングの側面には、仕切り壁により仕切られて形成される複数の溝が設けられ、該溝内には、前記端子の端部がそれぞれ配置されてなり、
前記端子の端部の側面と前記仕切り壁との間に空隙が形成されてなることを特徴とするプリント配線基板への端子の実装構造。 - 前記仕切り壁は、前記端子の端部よりも突出してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプリント配線基板への端子の実装構造。
- 前記溝の底部の溝幅は、前記端子の横幅よりも小さく形成され、
前記仕切り壁は、断面が台形に形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプリント配線基板への端子の実装構造。 - 前記溝の底部の溝幅は、前記端子の横幅よりも小さく形成され、
