Claims (4)
- 車両が所定以上の車速で走行しているときに、車内で操作する機器の操作を無効とする機器操作無効化手段と、
車両の外部の情報を取得する外部情報取得手段と、
外部情報取得手段が取得した外部情報に基づいて車両のリスクを算出または判定し、外部情報取得手段が取得した外部情報に加えて、車両の状態に関する情報、または運転者の状態に関する情報、またはこれらの情報の組み合わせに基づいて決定された予測時間が経過するまでに、算出または判定した外部情報に基づく車両のリスクが増大するか否かを予測判定するリスク認識手段と、
リスク認識手段による外部情報に基づく車両のリスクの算出結果または判定結果に基づいて、車両の運転操作を直接または報知、またはその両方により支援する運転操作支援手段と、
運転操作支援手段が車両の運転操作を支援している場合であって、リスク認識手段が車両のリスクが予測時間経過するまでに増大すると予測判定しなかった場合に、機器操作無効化手段によって無効にされている機器の操作を有効にする機器操作有効化手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - リスク認識手段は、一定時間前までの運転履歴に関する情報をさらに組み合わせて予測時間を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 機器操作有効化手段は、機器の操作を有効にしている場合、リスク認識手段によって算出または判定されたリスクが増大した場合、または該リスクが予測時間経過するまでに増大すると予測判定された場合、機器の操作の有効化を中止することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両制御装置。
- 機器操作有効化手段が車両のリスクの増大またはリスクの増大の予測判定によって機器の操作の有効化を中止する場合、事前に運転者に対して機器の操作の有効化を中止することを報知する報知手段を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両制御装置。
