Description
この触媒の調整方法は単純であり、生成コストが低く、メタンの選択性が低く、触媒反応の活性は高く、C5+の選択性が良い。ディーゼル油やパラフィンが主な生成物である。
Claims (10)
- コバルト系フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成ナノ触媒であって、コアに金属成分、シェルに多孔質材料の細孔を用い、コアである金属成分がシェルである多孔質材料の細孔内に分散する構造を有し、前記金属成分は第一金属成分のCo、第二金属成分のCe、La、Zrのいずれか、第三金属成分のPt、Ru、Rh、Reのいずれかで構成され、完成した触媒は第一金属成分が10〜35質量%、第二金属成分が0.5〜10質量%、第三金属成分が0.02〜2質量%、残部の担体から構成され、前記担体は多孔質材料であり、その成分はナノシリカまたはアルミナであり、前記多孔質材料は球形の形状をしており、細孔径が1〜20nmで比表面積は300〜500m2/gであり、活性成分の粒径は0.5〜20nmであることを特徴とする触媒。
- 第一金属成分が15〜30質量%、第二金属成分が1〜5質量%、第三金属成分が0.05〜2質量%、残部の担体から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1の触媒。
- 前記担体は細孔径1〜10nmで比表面積は300〜400m2/gであり、前記活性成分の粒径は0.5〜5nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の触媒。
- 前記担体は細孔径10〜20nmで比表面積は400〜500m2/gであり、前記活性成分の粒径は6〜15nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の触媒。
- 前記担体は細孔径10〜20nmで比表面積は400〜500m2/gであり、前記活性成分の粒径は16〜20nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の触媒。
- コバルト系フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成ナノ触媒の調整方法であって、
該触媒は、ゲルテンプレート剤として有機ゲルを用いたゾルゲル法により調整され、完成した触媒は、第一金属成分のCoが10〜35質量%、第二金属成分のCe、La、Zrのいずれかが0.5〜10質量%、第三金属成分のPt、Ru、Rh、Reのいずれかが0.02〜2質量%、残部の担体から構成され、前記担体は多孔質材料であり、その成分はナノシリカまたはアルミナであり、前記多孔質材料は球形の形状をしており、細孔径が1〜20nmで比表面積は300〜500m 2 /gであり、活性成分の粒径は0.5〜20nmであることを特徴とする触媒であって、
1)原料の選択:オルトケイ酸テトラエチル(TEOS)または硝酸アルミニウム、第一金属成分Coを含む水溶性塩、第二金属成分を含む硝酸塩またはニトロシル硝酸塩、第三金属成分を含む硝酸塩またはニトロシル硝酸塩を選択し、それぞれ該当する成分の質量割合に従って集め、そして、ゲルテンプレート剤を供給する工程と、
2)ゲルテンプレート剤を極性溶媒に溶解させ第一の溶液を得、一定温度にて金属塩を含む水溶液を第一の溶液に添加し、PH値を8〜10に調整するためにアンモニアを適量添加し、一定温度にて0.1〜3時間撹拌し第二の溶液を得る工程と、
3)TEOSまたは硝酸アルミニウムを第二の溶液に添加し、一定温度にて3〜24時間撹拌し続け、混合物を得る工程と、
4)90〜150℃で上記混合物をスプレー乾燥し、有機―無機ハイブリット材料の粉末を得る工程と、
5)スプレー乾燥後の上記粉末を、マッフル炉に移動させ、300〜750℃にて3〜12時間、粉末を焼成し、完成された触媒を得る工程と、
を含む、調整方法。 - 前記工程4において、ゾルゲルテンプレート法によって調整されるゲルを110℃〜150℃でスプレー乾燥し、有機―無機ハイブリット材料を得ることを特徴とする、請求項6の調整方法。
- 前記工程5において、スプレー乾燥後の上記粉末を、マッフル炉に移動させ、350〜700℃にて5〜10時間、粉末を焼成し、完成された触媒を得ることを特徴とする、請求項6、7いずれかの調整方法。
- 前記ゲルテンプレート剤はアミノ基を含有する直鎖状の両親媒性のポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項6、7いずれかの調整方法。
- 前記水溶液の調整において、第一金属成分Coを含む水溶性塩は、硝酸コバルト、酢酸コバルト、炭酸コバルトの何れかであり、第二金属成分を含む塩は硝酸塩であり、第三金属成分を含む塩は硝酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項6、7いずれかの調整方法。
