Description
1. 結果として生じる混合物で第一の可撓性の重合体のフィルムをコートすること;
2. 第一のフィルムのコートされた側のいずれか若しくは両方へ又は第二の可撓性の重合体のフィルムへ接着剤のコーティングを適用すること;
3. 一緒に第一の及び第二のフィルムを接着すること;及び
4. 望まれたとすれば、その後のプラスチックフィルムは、多層の構造を作り出すために第一の又は第二のフィルムへ積層されることがある、
を実行することを備える、ガスバリアフィルムを調製するための工程に存する。
これらの例を調製するために使用された原材料は、
1. Wackerからの、ポリビニルP−6060、シリル化されたポリビニルアルコール、の7.1%(重量/重量)の水性の溶液;
2. 水/IPAの90/10のブレンドにおけるExceval AQ−4104、水に可溶性のエチレン/ビニルアルコール共重合体、の8.0%(重量/重量)の溶液;
3. EKAからの、Bindzil 15/500。この陰イオン性のコロイド状のシリカは、15%の固体の含有率、500m2/gの比表面積、3−5nmの請求された粒子サイズの範囲、及び約10nmの測定された平均の粒子サイズを有する;
4. EKAからの、Bindzil 30/360。この陰イオン性のコロイド状のシリカは、30%の固体の含有率、360m2/gの比表面積、8−20nmの請求された粒子サイズの範囲、及び約20nmの平均の粒子サイズを有する;
5. EKAからの、Bindzil 40/220。この陰イオン性のコロイド状のシリカは、40%の固体の含有率、220m2/gの比面積、7−25nmの請求された粒子サイズの範囲、及び約25nmの平均の粒子サイズを有する;
6. 水IPAの95/5のブレンドにおけるExceval AQ−4104:Mowiol 4−98(70:30重量/重量)の8.0%(重量/重量%)の溶液
7. 水における25%の固体を含有する、Ineos silicasからの、Crystal L40、ケイ酸リチウムの溶液
:であった。

ガスバリアコーティングを調製するための組成物であって、
上記の組成物は、ポリビニルアルコール及び/又はエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体及び/又はそれ(ら)のシリル化された誘導体及びコロイド状のシリカの水性の溶液又は分散物を備える、組成物において、
上記のシリカは、300m2/gと比べてより大きい比表面積を有する、組成物。
付記(1)に従った組成物において、
前記コロイド状のシリカは、20nmと比べてより少ない粒子サイズを有する、組成物。
付記(1)に従った組成物において、
前記コロイド状のシリカは、10nmと比べてより少ない粒子サイズを有する、組成物。
先行する付記のいずれかに一つに従った組成物において、
上記のシリカは、400m2/gと比べてより大きい比表面積を有する、組成物。
付記(4)に従った組成物において、
上記のシリカは、450m2/gと比べてより大きい比表面積を有する、組成物。
先行する付記のいずれかに一つに従った組成物において、
追加的にアルカリ金属のケイ酸塩を備える、組成物。
付記(6)に従った組成物において、
上記のアルカリ金属のケイ酸塩は、リチウムのケイ酸塩である、組成物。
ガスバリア材料を調製するための方法であって、
先行する付記のいずれか一つに従ったコーティング組成物を基体へ適用すること、及び、
前記水を取り除くこと
を備える、方法。
付記(8)に従った方法によって調製されたガスバリア材料。
付記(9)に従った材料であって、
追加的に前記基体のコートされた側へ積層された可撓性のプラスチック材料を備える、材料。
液体の容器の形態における、付記(9)又は付記(10)に従った材料。
付記(9)又は付記(10)に従った材料を備える袋を有する箱の中の袋の容器。
Claims (8)
- ガスバリアコーティングを調製するための組成物であって、
前記組成物は、
エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)の水溶液又は分散物、
シリカの陰イオン性のコロイダル懸濁物であって、前記シリカは、500m2/g以上の比表面積を有し、前記シリカは、15nm未満の粒子サイズを有する、シリカの陰イオン性のコロイダル懸濁物、及び、
アルカリ金属のケイ酸塩
を備え、
前記シリカに対する前記EVOHの質量比は、1.5:1から3:1の範囲にある、
組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物において、
前記シリカのコロイダル懸濁物は、10nm未満の粒子サイズを有する、組成物。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の組成物において、
前記シリカに対する前記EVOHの質量比は、1.5:1から2.5:1の範囲にある、組成物。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の組成物において、
前記アルカリ金属のケイ酸塩は、リチウムのケイ酸塩である、組成物。 - ガスバリア積層物の材料を調製するための方法であって、
基体に、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のコーティング組成物を設置するステップと、
前記基体を加熱することによって水を取り除くステップと、
乾燥した前記コーティング組成物に、接着剤を適用するステップと、
前記基体の前記接着剤でコートされた側に、可撓性のプラスチックの材料を設置し、これにより積層物を形成するステップと、
前記積層物を硬化させるステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、
前記基体は、金属又は金属酸化物の層で予めコートされた可撓性の重合体のフィルムである、方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法において、
前記基体は、アルミニウム層で予めコートされる、方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法において、
前記基体は、アルミニウム酸化物の層又はケイ素酸化物の層で予めコートされる、方法。
