Abstract
Description
1. 粘土と、PVAおよび/またはEVOHと、ポリ(エチレンイミン)との水性分散体を第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルムにコートする工程;
2. コーティングを乾燥する工程;
3. 第一のフィルムのコートされた側または第二の可撓性ポリマーフィルムのどちらかあるいは両方へ接着コーティングを塗布する工程; および
4. 第一および第二のフィルムを一緒に接着する工程。
実施例3に従って調整したコーティングを、下塗りしたOPPフィルム(プライマーはPVAおよびPEIの溶液に基づく)に塗布する前に2ヶ月間放置し、その後CPPに貼り合わせた。この積層体に対して0.34の酸素透過速度を記録し、MB400は結合の強さの試験の間に裂けた。
比較例3に記載されたコーティングを、実施例10に記載した通り、下塗りしたMB400フィルムに塗布し、その後積層した。コーティングの経時なしでは、MB400ウェブは結合の強さの試験の間に裂けた。しかし、コーティングを1週間放置した後に、得られた積層体の結合の強さは0.5N/15mmに低下した。
Claims (37)
- 気体バリアコーティングを調製するための組成物であって、粘土と、ポリビニルアルコールおよび/またはエチレンビニルアルコールの共重合体であるポリマーと、ポリ(エチレンイミン)との水性分散体を含む、組成物。
- 前記粘土のいくつかまたは全てが、分散の間に挿入または剥離されている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記粘土が20〜10000のアスペクト比を有する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーの量が、ポリマーおよび粘土を含む全固形物の40〜95%である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーの量が、ポリマーおよび粘土を含む全固形物の50〜90%である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中のポリ(エチレンイミン)の量が、全コーティング組成物の0.05〜5.0質量%である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中のポリ(エチレンイミン)の量が0.2〜2.5%である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中のポリ(エチレンイミン)の量が0.25〜1.0%である、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- ポリ(エチレンイミン)の粘土に対する比が、重量ベースで0.1:1〜2.0:1である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ポリ(エチレンイミン)の粘土に対する比は、0.2:1〜1.5:1、好ましくは0.25:1〜1.0:1である、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記粘土が1μm未満の平均粒子サイズを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 粘土と、ポリビニルアルコールおよび/またはエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体と、ポリ(エチレンイミン)とを含むコーティングでコートされた可撓性ポリマーフィルムを含む、気体バリアフィルム。
- 粘土と、ポリビニルアルコールおよび/またはエチレンビニルアルコールと、ポリ(エチレンイミン)とを含む気体バリアコーティングを有する第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルム、ならびに第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルムと接着した第二の可撓性ポリマーフィルムを含む気体バリアフィルムであって、前記気体バリアコーティングは第一と第二のポリマーフィルムの間に存在する、気体バリアフィルム。
- 前記粘土のいくつかまたは全てが、分散の間に挿入または剥離されている、請求項12または13に記載のフィルム。
- 前記粘土が20〜10000のアスペクト比を有する、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリマーの量が、ポリマーおよび粘土を含む全固形物の40〜95%である、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリマーの量が、ポリマーおよび粘土を含む全固形物の50〜90%である、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- ポリ(エチレンイミン)の量が、前記全気体バリアコーティングの0.05〜5.0質量%である、請求項12から17のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記気体バリアコーティング中のポリ(エチレンイミン)の量が0.2〜2.5%である、請求項18に記載のフィルム。
- 前記気体バリアコーティング中のポリ(エチレンイミン)の量が0.25〜1.0%である、請求項19に記載のフィルム。
- ポリ(エチレンイミン)の粘土に対する比が、重量ベースで0.1:1〜2.0:1である、請求項12から20のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- ポリ(エチレンイミン)の粘土に対する比が、0.2:1〜1.5:1、好ましくは0.25:1〜1.0:1である、請求項21に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コーティングの厚さが50nm〜3000nmである、請求項12から22のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コーティングの厚さが200nm〜2000nmである、請求項23に記載のフィルム。
- さらに粘着剤を含む、請求項13から24のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- a. 粘土と、PVAおよび/またはEVOHと、ポリ(エチレンイミン)との水性分散体を第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルムにコートする工程;
b. コーティングを乾燥する工程;
c. 第一のフィルムのコートされた側または第二の可撓性ポリマーフィルムのどちらかあるいは両方へ接着コーティングを塗布する工程; および
d. 第一および第二のフィルムを一緒に接着する工程;
