Description
1. 粘土と、PVAおよび/またはEVOHと、ポリ(エチレンイミン)との水性分散体を第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルムにコートする工程;
2. コーティングを乾燥する工程;
3. 第一のフィルムのコートされた側または第二の可撓性ポリマーフィルムのどちらかあるいは両方へ接着コーティングを塗布する工程; および
4. 第一および第二のフィルムを一緒に接着する工程。
実施例3に従って調整したコーティングを、下塗りしたOPPフィルム(プライマーはPVAおよびPEIの溶液に基づく)に塗布する前に2ヶ月間放置し、その後CPPに貼り合わせた。この積層体に対して0.34の酸素透過速度を記録し、MB400は結合の強さの試験の間に裂けた。
比較例3に記載されたコーティングを、実施例10に記載した通り、下塗りしたMB400フィルムに塗布し、その後積層した。コーティングの経時なしでは、MB400ウェブは結合の強さの試験の間に裂けた。しかし、コーティングを1週間放置した後に、得られた積層体の結合の強さは0.5N/15mmに低下した。
Claims (12)
- 気体バリアコーティングを調製するための組成物であって、
20〜10000のアスペクト比と1μm未満の平均粒子サイズを有する粘土の水性分散物であって、水性粘土分散物の量が組成物の20.5重量%から37.5重量%である、水性分散物;
ポリビニルアルコールとエチレンビニルアルコールコポリマーとの混合物であって、ポリビニルアルコールとエチレンビニルアルコールコポリマーとの混合物の量が組成物の20.5重量%から37.5重量%である、混合物;及び
ポリ(エチレンイミン)であって、ポリ(エチレンイミン)の量が組成物の3.125重量%から8.930重量%である、ポリ(エチレンイミン)
を含み、
前記粘土が、ポリビニルアルコールとエチレンビニルアルコールコポリマーとの混合物に添加の前に、水中または水と共溶媒中で1.0〜15重量%の溶液/分散物であり、前記共溶媒がアルコールであり、
20.5重量%から33.3重量%の全量で水と共溶媒とを更に含み、これによって100重量%まで成分の合計がもたらされる、組成物。 - 前記粘土のいくつかまたは全てが挿入または剥離されている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記粘土が3重量%の粘土の水性分散物である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリビニルアルコールとエチレンビニルアルコールコポリマーとの混合物が8%の水溶液である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から由来するコーティングでコートされた可撓性ポリマーフィルムを含み、0.14〜6.00cm 3 /m 2 /日の酸素透過速度を有する、気体バリアフィルム。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から由来するコーティングを有する第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルム、ならびに第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルムと接着した第二の可撓性ポリマーフィルムを含む、0.14〜6.00cm 3 /m 2 /日の酸素透過速度を気体バリアフィルムであって、前記気体バリアコーティングは第一と第二のポリマーフィルムの間に存在する、気体バリアフィルム。
- 前記コーティングの厚さが50nm〜3000nmである、請求項5または6に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コーティングの厚さが200nm〜2000nmである、請求項7に記載のフィルム。
- さらに粘着剤を含む、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- a. 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を第一の可撓性ポリマーフィルムにコートする工程;
b. コーティングを乾燥する工程;
c. 第一のフィルムのコートされた側または第二の可撓性ポリマーフィルムのどちらかあるいは両方へ接着コーティングを塗布する工程; および
d. 第一および第二のフィルムを一緒に接着する工程;
を含む、0.14〜6.00cm 3 /m 2 /日の酸素透過速度を有する気体バリアフィルムを調製するための方法。 - 前記コーティングの厚さが50nm〜3000nmである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングの厚さが200nm〜2000nmである、請求項11に記載の方法。
