Description
Claims (9)
- フレーム(5)と、フレーム(5)の上に設置される自動制御器(7)及び回転作業テーブル(6)とを含み、前記回転作業テーブル(6)の上方に、自動ロード機構(1)、自動フィルタシート吸着機構(2)、自動熱封機構(3)及び自動アンロード機構(4)が設けられ、前記自動制御器(7)は、回転作業テーブル(6)、自動ロード機構(1)、自動フィルタシート吸着機構(2)、自動熱封機構(3)及び自動アンロード機構(4)と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- 前記回転作業テーブル(6)の上方に設置される昇降テーブル(10)を更に含み、前記昇降テーブル(10)の上に、自動ロード機構(1)、自動フィルタシート吸着機構(2)及び自動アンロード機構(4)が順次取り付けられ、前記自動フィルタシート吸着機構(2)と自動アンロード機構(4)との間に自動熱封機構(3)が更に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- 前記自動ロード機構(1)内にロードガイドレール(11)が設けられ、前記ロードガイドレール(11)の一端は昇降テーブル(10)の上に固定され、他端は架空し、前記ロードガイドレール(11)の上にロード摺動ブロック(12)が設けられ、前記ロード摺動ブロック(12)の下端にロード爪アーム(13)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- 前記自動フィルタシート吸着機構(2)内にフィルタシート吸着ガイドレール(14)が設けられ、前記フィルタシート吸着ガイドレール(14)の一端は昇降テーブル(10)の上に固定され、他端は架空し、前記フィルタシート吸着ガイドレール(14)の上にフィルタシート吸着摺動ブロック(15)が設けられ、前記フィルタシート吸着摺動ブロック(15)の下端にフィルタシート吸着端(16)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- 前記自動熱封機構(3)はフレーム(5)の上に取り付けられ、熱封機構(3)内に垂直運動可能な熱封端(24)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- 前記自動アンロード機構(4)内にアンロードガイドレール(17)が設けられ、前記アンロードガイドレール(17)の一端は昇降テーブル(10)の上に固定され、他端は架空し、前記アンロードガイドレール(17)の上にアンロード摺動ブロック(18)が設けられ、前記アンロード摺動ブロック(18)の下端にアンロード爪アーム(19)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- 前記回転作業テーブル(6)の上に複数の位置決めチャック(20)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- フィルタシート裁断金型(8)を更に含み、前記フィルタシート裁断金型(8)はフィルタシート吸着ガイドレール(14)の架空端の下方に設置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
- フィード機構を更に含み、前記フィード機構には振動ディスク(21)及びフィード通路(22)が設けられ、前記フィード通路(22)の一端は振動ディスク(21)に接続され、他端はロードガイドレール(11)の架空端の下方に設置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の使い捨て細胞培養フラスコ用通気キャップの組立機。
