Abstract

本发明公开了一种全自动钻床,包括机架,机架一侧设有料盘,料盘一侧固定设置料斗,料斗固定在底座上方,机架下方设置成品料车,机架外侧设有电控箱,机架四个角上竖直设置四个自动钻头,四个自动钻头之间设置由电机传动的旋转圆盘,旋转圆盘与自动钻头垂直,旋转圆盘上均匀设置八个钻台;相邻两个自动钻头之间的机架上分别设置机械手;料盘的出料口设置四条料道,四条料道的末端分别延伸至机架侧边的四个机械手的正下方;自动钻头、传动旋转圆盘的电机和机械手分别与电控箱电气连接。本发明在一个旋转圆盘能同时对多个物件进行钻孔,大大提高了工作效率,且本发明自动化程度高,便于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及钻床,特别是一种全自动钻床。
背景技术
目前,一些物件需要进行钻孔时,通常是先使用一个固定的夹具夹紧,再通过钻机进行钻孔。但是,当有大量物件需要同时钻孔时,现有技术的钻机肯定无法达到这个目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种全自动钻床。
为达到上述目的,本发明是按照以下技术方案实施的:
一种全自动钻床,包括机架,机架一侧设有料盘,料盘一侧固定设置料斗,料斗固定在底座上方,机架下方设置成品料车,机架外侧设有电控箱,所述机架四个角上竖直设置四个自动钻头,四个自动钻头之间设置由电机传动的旋转圆盘,旋转圆盘与自动钻头垂直,所述旋转圆盘上均匀设置八个钻台,旋转圆盘每旋转一次,其上的四个钻台位于自动钻头的正下方;所述相邻两个自动钻头之间的机架上分别设置可沿水平方向360度旋转和竖直方向上下移动的机械手,机械手由两个相同且对称设置的机械抓手组成,两个机械抓手与旋转圆盘上的钻台相配合;所述料盘为震动旋转料盘,料盘的出料口设置四条料道,四条料道的末端分别延伸至机架侧边的四个机械手的正下方;所述自动钻头、传动旋转圆盘的电机和机械手分别与电控箱电气连接。
作为优选,所述机械手的两个独立的机械抓手由负压风机连接的吸盘制成,所述机械抓手上与吸盘连接的负压风机与电控箱电气连接。
作为优选,所述机架外设置防护间,防护间一侧设置有门。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过震动旋转料盘自动上料,通过机械手抓取物件放置到钻台上,通过自动钻台钻孔,在一个旋转圆盘能同时对多个物件进行钻孔,经实际工作测试,一分钟能打50个孔,大大提高了工作效率,且本发明自动化程度高,便于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示的一种全自动钻床,包括机架1,机架1一侧设有料盘5,料盘5一侧固定设置料斗6,料斗6固定在底座11上方,机架1下方设置成品料车7,机架1外侧设有电控箱12,所述机架1四个角上竖直设置四个自动钻头3,四个自动钻头3之间设置由电机传动的旋转圆盘2,旋转圆盘2与自动钻头3垂直,所述旋转圆盘2上均匀设置八个钻台21,旋转圆盘2每旋转一次,其上的四个钻台21位于自动钻头3的正下方;所述相邻两个自动钻头3之间的机架1上分别设置可沿水平方向360度旋转和竖直方向上下移动的机械手4,机械手4由两个相同且对称设置的机械抓手41组成,两个机械抓手41与旋转圆盘2上的钻台21相配合;所述料盘5为震动旋转料盘,料盘5的出料口设置四条料道8,四条料道8的末端分别延伸至机架1侧边的四个机械手4的正下方;所述自动钻头3、传动旋转圆盘2的电机和机械手4分别与电控箱12电气连接。
机械手4的两个独立的机械抓手41由负压风机连接的吸盘42制成,所述机械抓手41上与吸盘42连接的负压风机与电控箱12电气连接。
机架1外设置防护间9,防护间9一侧设置有门10。

1.一种全自动钻床,包括机架(1),机架(1)一侧设有料盘(5),料盘(5)一侧固定设置料斗(6),料斗(6)固定在底座(11)上方,机架(1)下方设置成品料车(7),机架(1)外侧设有电控箱(12),其特征在于:所述机架(1)四个角上竖直设置四个自动钻头(3),四个自动钻头(3)之间设置由电机传动的旋转圆盘(2),旋转圆盘(2)与自动钻头(3)垂直,所述旋转圆盘(2)上均匀设置八个钻台(21),旋转圆盘(2)每旋转一次,其上的四个钻台(21)位于自动钻头(3)的正下方;相邻两个所述自动钻头(3)之间的机架(1)上分别设置可沿水平方向360度旋转和竖直方向上下移动的机械手(4),机械手(4)由两个相同且对称设置的机械抓手(41)组成,两个机械抓手(41)与旋转圆盘(2)上的钻台(21)相配合;所述料盘(5)为震动旋转料盘,料盘(5)的出料口设置四条料道(8),四条料道(8)的末端分别延伸至机架(1)侧边的四个机械手(4)的正下方;所述自动钻头(3)、传动旋转圆盘(2)的电机和机械手(4)分别与电控箱(12)电气连接;所述机械手(4)的两个独立的机械抓手(41)由负压风机连接的吸盘(42)制成,所述机械抓手(41)上与吸盘(42)连接的负压风机与电控箱(12)电气连接,所述机架(1)外设置防护间(9),防护间(9)一侧设置有门(10)。
