挿入方向の先端側に設けられた筒状のサヤ部と、前記端子収容空間内に設けられたランスに係合させるため前記サヤ部の先端側に設けられた凸状のランス係合部と、を備え、
前記ランス係合部に、前記先端側から基端側に向かうにつれて前記サヤ部の軸心から離れる方向の勾配を有する傾斜部と、前記傾斜部の基端側から前記サヤ部の軸心に近づく方向に延びて前記サヤ部の天井壁に当接する当接部と、を設け、
前記サヤ部を形成する前記板材の一部を前記挿入方向と平行に延出させた突片部に前記軸心と交差する方向を折り目とする曲げ加工を施して前記ランス係合部を形成したことを特徴とする。ここで、前記先端側とは当該導電端子の挿入方向の前方側をいい、前記基端側とは当該導電端子の挿入方向の後方側をいう(以下、同様とする。)。
前記係止部に、前記基端側から前記先端側に向かうにつれて前記サヤ部の軸心から離れる方向の勾配を有する傾斜部と、前記傾斜部の先端側から前記サヤ部の軸心に近づく方向に延びて前記サヤ部の天井壁に当接する当接部を設け、
前記サヤ部を形成する前記板材の一部を前記挿入方向と平行に延出させた突片部に前記軸心と交差する方向を折り目とする曲げ加工を施して前記係止部を形成することが望ましい。

Claims (3)
- 絶縁性のハウジングの内部に形成された筒状の端子収容空間に対し前記ハウジングの背面側から正面側に向かって挿入される導電端子であって、
挿入方向の先端側に設けられた筒状のサヤ部と、前記端子収容空間内に設けられたランスに係合させるため前記サヤ部の先端側に設けられた凸状のランス係合部と、を備え、
前記ランス係合部に、先端側から基端側に向かうにつれて前記サヤ部の軸心から離れる方向の勾配を有する傾斜部と、前記傾斜部の基端側から前記サヤ部の軸心に近づく方向に延びて前記サヤ部の天井壁に当接する当接部と、を設け、
前記挿入方向と平行な外力による前記ランス係合部の移動、変形を防止する第一補強手段を、前記サヤ部における前記ランス係合部の当接部の基端側に設け、
前記挿入方向と平行な外力による前記ランス係合部の移動、変形を防止する第二補強手段を、前記第一補強手段と前記第二補強手段との間に前記ランス係合部の当接部を挟持可能な位置に設け、
前記サヤ部を形成する前記板材の一部を前記挿入方向と平行に延出させた突片部に前記軸心と交差する方向を折り目とする曲げ部である前記ランス係合部を設け、
前記サヤ部を形成する前記板材の一部を前記挿入方向と交差する方向に延出させた複数の突片部に前記挿入方向と平行な方向を折り目とする曲げ部である前記第一補強手段及び前記第二補強手段を設けたことを特徴とする導電端子。 - 前記端子収容空間の内周面の一部に接触させるため前記サヤ部の基端側に凸状の係止部を設け、
前記係止部に、前記基端側から前記先端側に向かうにつれて前記サヤ部の軸心から離れる方向の勾配を有する傾斜部と、前記傾斜部の先端側から前記サヤ部の軸心に近づく方向に延びて前記サヤ部の天井壁に当接する当接部を設け、
前記サヤ部を形成する前記板材の一部を前記挿入方向と平行に延出させた突片部に前記軸心と交差する方向を折り目とする曲げ部である前記係止部を設けた請求項1記載の導電端子。 - 前記第一補強手段及び前記第二補強手段が前記サヤ部の外面に面接触する平板形状である請求項1記載の導電端子。
