[実施例および比較例:タイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造]
<実施例1>
(1)基材フィルムの製造
相対粘度3.4のポリアミド系樹脂(ナイロン6)40重量%と、絶対重量平均分子量150,000の共重合体樹脂(アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを60重量%およびナイロン6樹脂40重量%を用いて合成)60重量%とを混合した。この時、前記ポリアミド系樹脂およびエラストマー樹脂それぞれは、2mm〜3mmの最大直径を有し、260℃の温度およびShear rate200/secで6000poiseの溶融粘度を有し、前記使用されたポリアミド系樹脂および共重合体樹脂それぞれの溶融粘度の偏差(全体樹脂または共重合体の溶融粘度の平均値に対する最大値(または最小値)の比率差)は2%に調節した。
レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとを1:2のモル比で混合した後、縮合反応させてレゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物を得た。前記レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物12重量%と、スチレン/ブタジエン−1,3/ビニルピリジンラテックス88重量%とを混合して、濃度20%のレゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を得た。
相対粘度3.4のポリアミド系樹脂(ナイロン6)40重量%と、絶対重量平均分子量150,000の共重合体樹脂(アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを40重量%およびナイロン6樹脂60重量%を用いて合成)60重量%とを混合した点を除いて、実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムを製造した。
相対粘度3.4のポリアミド系樹脂(ナイロン6)60重量%と、重量平均分子量150,000の共重合体樹脂(アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを50重量%およびナイロン6樹脂50重量%を用いて合成)40重量%とを混合した点を除いて、実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムを製造した。
ブチルゴムに離型剤および加工剤を投入して混合した後、精錬して、下記の表1の厚さを有するタイヤインナーライナーフィルムを得て、1μm厚さの接着ゴム(タイガム)を前記インナーライナーフィルム上に形成させた。
(1)基材フィルムの製造
相対粘度3.4のポリアミド系樹脂(ナイロン6)80重量%と、絶対重量平均分子量150,000の共重合体樹脂(アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを40重量%およびナイロン6樹脂60重量%を用いて合成)20重量%とを混合した点を除いて、実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムを製造した。
前記実施例1と同様に、レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を製造し、これを前記基材フィルム上に塗布および乾燥して、1um厚さの接着層を形成した。
(1)基材フィルムの製造
相対粘度3.4のポリアミド系樹脂(ナイロン6)20重量%と、絶対重量平均分子量150,000の共重合体樹脂(アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを70重量%およびナイロン6樹脂30重量%を用いて合成)80重量%とを混合した点を除いて、実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムを製造した。
前記実施例1と同様に、レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を製造し、これを前記基材フィルム上に塗布および乾燥して、1um厚さの接着層を形成した。
原料供給部の温度を120℃に調節し、前記混合物を環状ダイを用いて押出した点を除いては、実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムを製造した。
[実験例:タイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの物性の測定]
実験例1:基材フィルムの厚さの測定
前記実施例および比較例の基材フィルム、タイヤインナーライナーフィルムそれぞれから横1m*縦1mの大きさの試験片を得た。このような試験片の横方向および縦方向それぞれにおいて1cm間隔ごとの地点に厚さを測定した。
前記実施例および比較例で得られたインナーライナー用フィルムを、常温でMD(Machine Direction)方向に100%伸張した時に発生する荷重(stress)を測定した。具体的な測定方法は、次の通りである。
(2)測定条件:1)Head Speed300mm/min、2)Grip Distance30mm、3)Sample Width30mm、4)25℃および60RH%の雰囲気
(3)各5回測定し、その平均値を求めた。
前記実施例および比較例で得られたタイヤインナーライナーフィルムの酸素透過度を測定した。具体的な測定方法は、次の通りである。
前記実施例および比較例のタイヤインナーライナーフィルムを適用し、205R/65R16規格に適用してタイヤを製造した。そして、製造されたタイヤを、ASTM F1112−06法を用いて、21℃の温度、101.3kPaの圧力下、下記の一般式2による90日間の空気圧維持率(IPR Internal Pressure Retention)を測定して比較評価した。

- ポリアミド系樹脂;およびポリアミド(poly−amide)系セグメントとフィルムの全体重量に対して15〜50重量%のポリエーテル(poly−ether)系セグメントとを含む共重合体を含む基材フィルム層と、
前記基材フィルム層の少なくとも一面に形成され、レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を含む接着層とを含み、
前記基材フィルム層の最大厚さと平均厚さとの差および最小厚さと平均厚さとの差がそれぞれ平均厚さの6%以下であり、
前記基材フィルム層において、ポリアミド系樹脂および共重合体は、6:4〜3:7の重量比で含まれ、
前記ポリアミド系セグメントとポリエーテル系セグメントとを含む共重合体の絶対重量平均分子量は、50,000〜300,000であり、
常温で100%伸張時に現れる最大荷重(stress)は、10〜30Mpaであることを特徴とする、タイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。 - 前記基材フィルム層上の任意の点における厚さと、前記任意の点から1cm以内に位置した点における厚さとの偏差が2%以内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記ポリアミド系樹脂は、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン46、ナイロン11、ナイロン12、ナイロン610、ナイロン612、ナイロン6/66共重合体、ナイロン6/66/610共重合体、ナイロンMXD6、ナイロン6T、ナイロン6/6T共重合体、ナイロン66/PP共重合体、ナイロン66/PPS共重合体、6−ナイロンのメトキシメチル化物、6−610−ナイロンのメトキシメチル化物、および612−ナイロンのメトキシメチル化物からなる群より選択された1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記ポリアミド系樹脂は、3.0〜3.5の相対粘度(硫酸95%溶液)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記共重合体のポリアミド系セグメントは、下記の化学式1または化学式2の繰り返し単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。

- 前記基材フィルム層の厚さが30〜300μmであり、
前記接着層の厚さが0.1〜20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。 - 前記基材フィルム層が未延伸フィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤が、レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物2〜30重量%;およびラテックス68〜98重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 3%以下の溶融粘度偏差を有するポリアミド系樹脂と、ポリアミド(poly−amide)系セグメントおよびポリエーテル(poly−ether)系セグメントを含み、3%以下の溶融粘度偏差を有する共重合体を、6:4〜3:7の重量比で混合する段階と、
前記3%以下の溶融粘度偏差を有するポリアミド系樹脂と、ポリアミド(poly−amide)系セグメントおよびポリエーテル(poly−ether)系セグメントを含み、3%以下の溶融粘度偏差を有する共重合体との混合物を、50〜100℃の温度に維持される原料供給部を介して押出ダイに供給する段階と、
前記供給された混合物を、230〜300℃で溶融し押出して基材フィルム層を形成する段階と、
前記基材フィルム層の少なくとも一表面上に、レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を含む接着層を形成する段階とを含み、
前記共重合体のポリエーテル系セグメントは、前記基材フィルム層の全体重量に対して15〜50重量%で含まれ、
前記ポリアミド系セグメントとポリエーテル系セグメントとを含む共重合体の絶対重量平均分子量は、50,000〜300,000であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記ポリアミド系樹脂および共重合体それぞれは、最大直径が2mm〜3mmのポリアミド系樹脂のチップおよび共重合体のチップであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記押出ダイは、T型ダイであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記押出ダイは、0.3〜1.5mmのダイギャップ(Die Gap)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記溶融および押出して形成された基材フィルム層を、5〜40℃の温度に維持される冷却部で固化させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記固化段階は、エアナイフ、エアノズル、および静電気付与装置からなる群より選択された1種以上の装置を用いて、前記溶融および押出して形成された基材フィルム層を、5〜40℃の温度に維持される冷却ロールに均一に密着させる段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
