<実施例1>
(1)基材フィルムの製造
アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを50重量%およびナイロン6樹脂50重量%を用いて合成した共重合体樹脂(絶対重量平均分子量約150,000)60重量%と、相対粘度(硫酸96%溶液)3.3のナイロン6樹脂40重量%とを混合した。この時、原料供給部の温度を50〜100℃に調節し、前記混合物が押出機スクリューで融着してフィーディング不良が発生するのを防止しながら、押出ダイに供給した。
レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとを1:2のモル比で混合した後、縮合反応させてレゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物を得た。前記レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物12重量%と、スチレン/ブタジエン−1,3/ビニルピリジンラテックス88重量%とを混合して、濃度20%のレゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を得た。
(1)基材フィルムの製造
アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを40重量%およびナイロン6樹脂60重量%を用いて合成した共重合体樹脂(絶対重量平均分子量約150,000)60重量%と、相対粘度(硫酸96%溶液)3.3のナイロン6樹脂40重量%とを混合した点を除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で基材フィルムを製造した。
前記製造された基材フィルムに、実施例1と同様の方法で接着層を形成した。

アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコール20重量%およびナイロン6樹脂80重量%を用いて合成した共重合体樹脂(絶対重量平均分子量約150,000)50重量%と、相対粘度(硫酸96%溶液)3.3のナイロン6樹脂50重量%とを混合した点を除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で基材フィルムを製造した。
アミン基末端のポリエチレングリコールを20重量%およびナイロン6樹脂80重量%を用いて合成した共重合体樹脂(絶対重量平均分子量約150,000)60重量%と、相対粘度(硫酸96%溶液)3.3のナイロン6樹脂40重量%とを混合した点を除いて、実施例1と同様の方法で基材フィルムを製造した。
[実験例:タイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの物性の測定]
実験例1:ガラス転移温度の測定
前記実施例および比較例それぞれで得られた基材フィルム層のガラス転移温度を、−60℃〜140℃の温度条件で、GABO社のDMTS(Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis system)Explexor500N装置を用いて、Temperature sweep modeでstaic strain1%、Dynamic strain0.1%、Frequency10Hzの試験条件を適用して測定した。
前記実施例および比較例で得られたタイヤインナーライナーフィルムの酸素透過度を測定した。具体的な測定方法は、次の通りである。
前記実施例および比較例のタイヤインナーライナーフィルムを適用し、205R/65R16規格に適用してタイヤを製造した。そして、製造されたタイヤを、ASTM F1112−06法を用いて、21℃の温度、101.3kPaの圧力下、下記の一般式2による90日間の空気圧維持率(IPR Internal Pressure Retention)を測定して比較評価した。

Claims (16)
- ポリアミド系樹脂およびポリアミド系セグメントとポリエーテル系セグメントとを含む共重合体を、6:4〜3:7の重量比で含む基材フィルム層と、
前記基材フィルム層の少なくとも一面に形成され、レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を含む接着層とを含み、
前記共重合体のポリエーテル系セグメントの含有量が前記基材フィルム層の全体重量に対して15〜50重量%であり、
前記基材フィルム層が、少なくとも3つのガラス転移温度ピークを有し、かつ−10℃以下で少なくとも1つのガラス転移温度ピークを有することを特徴とする、タイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。 - 前記基材フィルム層が、10℃以上で2つのガラス転移温度ピークを有し、
−60℃〜−20℃で他の1つのガラス転移温度ピーク有する請求項1に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。 - 前記ポリアミド系樹脂が3.0〜3.5の相対粘度(硫酸96%溶液)を有する請求項1または2に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記ポリアミド系セグメントとポリエーテル系セグメントとを含む共重合体の重量平均分子量が50,000〜300,000である請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記共重合体のポリアミド系セグメントは、下記の化学式1または化学式2の繰り返し単位を含む請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記共重合体のポリエーテル系セグメントは、下記の化学式3の繰り返し単位を含む請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
R5は、炭素数1〜10の直鎖もしくは分枝鎖のアルキレン基であり、nは、1〜100の整数であり、
R6およびR7は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ直接結合、−O−、−NH−、−COO−または−CONH−である。 - 前記共重合体は、ポリアミド系セグメントおよびポリエーテル系セグメントを、6:4〜3:7の重量比で含む請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルム層の厚さが30〜300μmであり、
前記接着層の厚さが0.1〜20μmである請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。 - 前記基材フィルム層が未延伸フィルムである請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- 前記レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤が、レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物2〜30重量%;およびラテックス68〜98重量%を含む請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルム。
- ポリアミド系樹脂およびポリアミド系セグメントとポリエーテル系セグメントとを含む共重合体を、6:4〜3:7の重量比で混合する段階、
前記ポリアミド系樹脂およびポリアミド系セグメントとポリエーテル系セグメントとを含む共重合体の混合物を、230〜300℃で溶融し押出して基材フィルム層を形成する段階と、
前記基材フィルム層の少なくとも一表面上に、レゾルシノール−ホルマリン−ラテックス(RFL)系接着剤を含む接着層を形成する段階とを含み、
前記共重合体のポリエーテル系セグメントの含有量が前記基材フィルム層の全体重量に対して15〜25重量%であり、
前記基材フィルム層が少なくとも3つのガラス転移温度ピークを有し、かつ−10℃以下で少なくとも1つのガラス転移温度ピークを有することを特徴とするタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記基材フィルム層が、10℃以上で2つのガラス転移温度ピークを有し、
−60℃〜−20℃で他の1つのガラス転移温度ピークを有する請求項11に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記共重合体は、ポリアミド系セグメントおよびポリエーテル系セグメントを、6:4〜3:7の重量比で含む請求項11または12に記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記基材フィルム層を形成する段階は、
前記混合物を、30〜300μmの厚さのフィルムに押出する段階を含む請求項11から13のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記溶融および押出して形成された基材フィルム層を、5〜40℃に維持される冷却部で固化させる段階をさらに含む請求項11から14のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記接着層を形成する段階は、
前記基材フィルム層の少なくとも一表面上に、レゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物2〜30重量%;およびラテックス68〜98重量%を含む接着剤を0.1〜20μmの厚さに塗布する段階を含む請求項11から15のいずれか1つに記載のタイヤインナーライナー用フィルムの製造方法。
