Description
本発明で用いるアクリルゴム(a1)は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルを主成分とし、架橋成分として架橋性基含有モノマーを含有する。なお、本明細書中で、「(メタ)アクリル酸エステル」とは、「メタクリル酸エステル」と「アクリル酸エステル」の両方を意味する。

2リットルビーカーに、アニオン性乳化剤であるジオクチルスルホサクシネートナトリウム塩5.0gを脱イオン水1250gに溶解したものに、アクリル酸エチル 144g、アクリル酸ブチル 75g、アクリル酸2−メトキシエチル 75g、p−ヒドロキシスチレン 6gを加え、小型ミキサーを用いて乳化させた。次に、2リットル還流冷却管付重合容器内に前記単量体乳化液を投入し、窒素気流下で70℃まで昇温した。この液に、過硫酸アンモニウムの10%水溶液10gを添加して重合を開始させた。重合開始後、重合容器内の温度を初期の70℃から80℃まで上昇させ、80〜82℃の範囲で2時間維持し、重合反応を完結させた。得られたラテックスは、塩析剤として食塩を用い、ポリマーを凝析させた。その後、水洗、乾燥させて、アクリルゴム1を得た。
表1に示す配合処方に基づいて、実施例1と同様にしてゴム組成物を調製した。それぞれの単位は質量部である。
得られたそれぞれのゴム組成物を、ホットプレスを用いて、一次加硫(加硫条件:180℃、15分)、二次加硫(加硫条件:180℃、24時間)した。得られた加硫物について、硬さ、引張特性、空気加熱老化性および圧縮永久歪み性を測定した。なお、硬さ(JIS K6253:2006 タイプA)は、ポケットデュロメータ((株)アカシ製)を用いて測定した。引張強度は、JIS K6251:2004に準拠して、ストログラフAE((株)東洋精機製作所製)により測定した。空気加熱老化性は、JIS K6257:2010に準拠して、175℃、72時間の試験条件で測定した。圧縮永久歪み性はJIS K6262:2006に準拠して150℃、72時間の試験条件で測定した。結果を表2に示す。
(受酸剤の種類ならびに添加量に関する実験結果)
表3に示す配合処方に基づいて、受酸剤および加硫促進剤の種類および添加量を変えて、実施例1と同様にして、ゴム組成物を調製した。それぞれの単位は質量部である。得られたゴム組成物の試験結果を表4に示す。

表5に示す配合処方に基づいて、加硫促進剤の種類および添加量を変えて、実施例1と同様にして、ゴム組成物を調製した。それぞれの単位は質量部である。得られたゴム組成物の試験結果を表6に示す。
(ふっ素ゴム種に関する実験結果)
実施例5の組成のうち、表7に示す配合処方に基づいて、液状ではないふっ素ゴムまたは、異なる種類のアクリルゴムを用い、それ以外の組成を実施例5と同様にして、ゴム組成物を調製した。それぞれの単位は質量部である。得られたゴム組成物の試験結果を表8に示す。
p−ヒドロキシスチレンをモノクロロ酢酸ビニルに変更した以外は、実施例1に記載のアクリルゴム1の製造と同様の操作で、アクリルゴム2を得た。
p−ヒドロキシスチレンをアリルグリシジルエーテルに変更した以外は、実施例1に記載のアクリルゴム1の製造と同様の操作で、アクリルゴム3を得た。

- (a1)架橋性基含有モノマー0.1〜10質量%を共重合して得られるアクリルゴム100質量部に対して、(a2)液状ふっ素ゴムを0.4〜50.0質量部含有するアクリルゴム組成物。
- 前記アクリルゴムを構成する全単量体単位中における(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体単位の含有量が、60〜99.9質量%である請求項1に記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- 前記アクリルゴム組成物に含まれるゴム成分が、アクリルゴム(a1)と液状ふっ素ゴム(a2)のみからなる、請求項1または2に記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のアクリルゴム組成物を架橋させた架橋物。
