Claims (4)
- 80℃以上500℃以下の高温水に接するプラントの構造材の表面に腐食を低減させる分子式MTiO3で表記され、Mが遷移元素であるチタン複合酸化物皮膜を形成し、前記構造材が、鉄鋼、非鉄鋼材、非鉄金属、溶接金属から選択された一部材であり、前記チタン複合酸化物皮膜は化学的に前記プラントの前記構造材の表面と結合することを特徴とする耐食性部材。
- 前記チタン複合酸化物が、イルメナイト系のチタン複合酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐食性部材。
- 前記遷移金属Mは、Fe、Ni、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Cu、Zn、Mo、Ru、Pd、Rhから選択された一部材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐食性部材。
- 前記チタン複合酸化物皮膜の厚さが0.1から50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐食性部材。
