Claims (3)
- プラントの構造材の表面に腐食を低減させるチタン複合酸化物を皮膜形成した耐食性部材の製造方法において、前記構造材が、鉄鋼、非鉄鋼材、非鉄金属、溶接金属から選択された一部材であり、前記チタン複合酸化皮膜は分子式MTiO3で表記され、Mが遷移元素である、前記構造材の表面に酸化チタンを予め付着させ、その後あるいは同時に、前記遷移金属のイオン存在下で80℃以上800℃以下で高温処理をして前記構造材の前記表面に化学的に結合する、工程を有することを特徴とする耐食性部材の製造方法。
- 前記高温処理が、80℃以上500℃以下、pH値8以上12以下、遷移金属イオン濃度が1ppb以上10%以下、溶存酸素10ppb未満の水溶液で実施することを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐食性部材の製造方法。
- 前記酸化チタンの厚さが、0.01〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐食性部材の製造方法。
