Claims (13)
- 成形品(2)の製造中に開ループ又は閉ループの方式で射出工程を制御する方法であって、
溶融材料(6)が、少なくとも1つの射出装置(5)によって、成形型(4)によって囲まれた少なくとも1つのキャビティ(3)中に、少なくとも1つのノズル(8)を通じて注入される、射出工程を制御する方法において、
前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(3)は、第1の定義された状態から第2の定義された状態に変化可能な二値検出器(14)が接続される、少なくとも1つの測定点(13)を含み、
前記二値検出器(14)に対して、トリガー値を設定する必要はなく、
前記二値検出器(14)は、前記測定点(13)への前記溶融材料(6)の到着時刻tに状態変化を起こし、
前記状態変化に基づいて、開ループ又は閉ループの制御装置(10)が、前記少なくとも1つの射出装置(5)の射出速度V、前記射出工程前の前記溶融材料(6)の温度T、前記少なくとも1つのノズル(8)での前記射出工程の終了、及び/又は開ループ又は閉ループの方式における後続の工程の開始を制御することを特徴とする、射出工程を制御する方法。 - 前記開ループ又は閉ループの制御装置(10)は、前記二値検出器(14)の前記状態変化に基づいて、前記射出工程の停止、及び次の方法ステップの開始、特に、保持フェーズ、圧縮射出工程の場合では圧縮、多成分成形の成形品の製造の場合では次の射出工程の開始、又は流体射出工程の場合では流体射出の開始を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 前記溶融材料(6)が、2つ以上のノズル(8)を通じて、同じ前記キャビティ(3)中に同時に注入され、結果として、2つの溶融物前面(15)が出会う位置のそれぞれに継ぎ目(17)が形成され、
前記開ループ又は閉ループの制御装置(10)は、前記継ぎ目(17)を所定の位置に位置付けるために、前記二値検出器(14)の前記状態変化に基づいて少なくとも1つの前記ノズル(8)の射出の開始及び/又は終了を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。 - 前記溶融材料(6)が、2つ以上のノズル(8)を通じて、同じキャビティ(3)中に同時に注入され、結果として、2つの溶融物前面(15)が出会う位置それぞれに継ぎ目(17)が形成され、
2つ以上の測定点(13)と接続される、前記2つ以上の二値検出器(14)が取り付けられ、前記2つ以上の二値検出器は、前記溶融物前面(15)が前記測定点(13)に進むと、状態変化を起こし、
前記開ループ又は閉ループの制御装置(10)は、前記継ぎ目(17)を所定の位置に位置付けるために、前記状態変化に基づいて、前記キャビティ(3)の中への射出の前の位置にある前記溶融材料(6)の温度Tを制御することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。 - 前記射出前の前記溶融材料(6)の前記温度Tは、複数の前記溶融物前面(15)が、同時に前記測定点(13)に到着するように調節されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 2つ以上の前記射出装置(5)のそれぞれが、同じ又は異なる溶融材料(6)を少なくとも1つのノズル(8)に注入することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 前記開ループ又は閉ループの制御装置(10)は、複数の前記射出装置(5)の前記射出速度Vを制御することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 前記溶融材料(6)が、2つ以上の前記ノズル(8)を通じて、2つ以上の前記キャビティ(3)中に同時に注入され、
各キャビティ(3)は、それぞれ前記二値検出器(14)が接続される少なくとも1つの測定点(13)を含み、
前記二値検出器(14)は、前記測定点(13)それぞれへの前記溶融物前面(15)の到着時に、状態変化を起こし、
前記状態変化に基づいて、前記開ループ又は閉ループの制御装置(10)は、少なくとも1つの前記ノズル(8)での前記射出を終了させる、及び/又は前記射出前の前記溶融材料(6)の温度Tを制御することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。 - 前記溶融材料(6)の前記温度Tは、前記溶融物前面(15)がすべての前記測定点(13)に同時に到着するように調節されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 前記二値検出器(14)は、機械的に、光学的に、熱的に、容量的に、誘導的に、電磁的に、電気的に、又は化学的に前記時刻tを捕捉する測定要素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 前記二値検出器(14)は、前記成形型(4)中で直接前記キャビティ(3)に接する前記測定点(13)、前記成形型壁(4)中で前記キャビティ(3)に接近する前記測定点(13)、突き出しピンの背後にある前記測定点(13)、又は測定用ピン(18)の背後にある前記測定点(13)への前記溶融物前面(15)の到着を捕捉することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの測定点(13)が、前記溶融材料(6)の流路の終点に接近して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
- 前記二値検出器(14)は、前記開ループ又は閉ループの制御装置(10)に、単一の絶縁銅線を介して信号を伝達することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項12までのいずれか一項に記載の射出工程を制御する方法。
