Description
前記材料の加工中に各電動部の作動状況を比較して作動する必要がない電動部を検出する比較手段を備え、前記電源接断部を、前記比較手段からの情報に基づき、前記工作機械の加工中は前記作動する必要がない電動部への電源の供給を遮断するように構成したことを特徴としている。

Claims (9)
- 工作機械に把持された材料を加工する際に作動する前記工作機械の複数の電動部に対して電源の供給を接断する電源接断部を備えた電源管理装置であって、
前記材料の加工中に各電動部の作動状況を比較して作動する必要がない電動部を検出する比較手段を備え、
前記電源接断部を、前記比較手段からの情報に基づき、前記工作機械の加工中は前記作動する必要がない電動部への電源の供給を遮断するように構成した
ことを特徴とする電源管理装置。 - 前記電源接断部を、前記材料の加工の準備中または中断中は、各電動部への電源の供給を遮断し、加工開始または加工再開の際に当該各電動部への電源の供給を再開するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源管理装置。
- 前記電源接断部を、作動中の電動部の作動終了時に、電源の供給が遮断されていた電動部に電源の供給を再開するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電源管理装置。
- 前記各電動部が待合わせをはさんで作動する場合には、前記比較手段を、前記各電動部の待合わせ間の作動状況を比較して前記作動する必要がない電動部を検出するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電源管理装置。
- 前記比較手段を、前記待合わせ間の各電動部の作動時間を比較し、当該待合わせ間の作動時間が最大となる電動部以外の電動部を前記作動する必要がない電動部と判断するように構成し、前記電源接断部を、前記作動する必要がない電動部に対して、前記待合わせ間での作動完了後に電源の供給を遮断するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電源管理装置。
- 前記比較手段を、前記待合わせ間の各電動部の作動時間を比較し、当該待合わせ間の作動時間がない電動部を前記作動する必要がない電動部と判断するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電源管理装置。
- 前記各電動部を制御するプログラムが、前記各電動部を待合わせる複数の待合わせ指令を有する場合には、前記比較手段を、前記複数の待合わせ指令を検出して待合わせ指令間の各電動部の作動時間を検出又は算出し、この作動時間を前記待合わせ間の各電動部の作動時間とするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の電源管理装置。
- 前記電源接断部を、前記各電動部の待合わせ時に、電源の供給が遮断されていた電動部に電源の供給を再開するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電源管理装置。
- 材料を加工する際に作動する複数の電動部と、この複数の電動部への電源の供給を接断する電源管理装置とを有する工作機械であって、
前記電源管理装置に、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の電源管理装置を用いたことを特徴とする工作機械。
