Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1によるキャパシタの構成を示す断面図、図2はそのキャパシタに設けられたコーティング層の模式拡大断面図である。このキャパシタはキャパシタ素子1と、少なくともキャパシタ素子1に含浸した電解液4と、有底筒状の金属製のケース5と、封口体6と、コーティング層7とを有する。
図4は本発明の実施の形態2によるキャパシタの構成を示す断面図、図5はこのキャパシタに使用される封口体の模式断面図である。本実施の形態におけるキャパシタが、実施の形態1のキャパシタと異なる点は、封口体6とコーティング層7に代えて封口体15を有する点である。これ以外は実施の形態1と同様なので、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (8)
- キャパシタ素子と、
前記キャパシタ素子に含浸した電解液と、
前記キャパシタ素子と前記電解液とを収容した有底筒状の金属製のケースと、
前記ケースの開口部を封止した封口体と、
前記封口体の外表面と接する部分に設けられ、前記電解液に含まれる溶媒を吸着する吸着剤を樹脂中に分散させて形成されたコーティング層と、を備えた、キャパシタ。 - 前記吸着剤は、活性炭、ゼオライト、モレキュラーシーブ、シリカゲルの少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項1記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記コーティング層を構成する樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂、フッ素樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、シリコン樹脂、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂の少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項1記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記吸着剤の割合が、前記コーティング層の6体積%以上、33体積%以下である、請求項1記載のキャパシタ。
- キャパシタ素子と、
前記キャパシタ素子に含浸した電解液と、
前記キャパシタ素子と前記電解液とを収容した有底筒状の金属製のケースと、
前記ケースの開口部を封止した封口体と、を備え、
前記封口体は、前記電解液に含まれる溶媒を吸着する吸着剤をゴム成分中に分散させて形成され、前記キャパシタの外側に面する第1層と前記ケースの内部に面する第2層とを有し、前記第1層には前記第2層よりも多くの前記吸着剤が分散されている、キャパシタ。 - 前記吸着剤は、活性炭、ゼオライト、モレキュラーシーブ、シリカゲルの少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項5記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記封口体を形成する前記ゴム成分は、ブチルゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム、フッ素ゴ
ム、シリコーンゴム、ニトリルゴム、アクリルゴムのいずれかである、
請求項5記載のキャパシタ。 - 前記吸着剤の割合が、前記封口体を構成するゴム成分の8体積%以上、40体積%以下である、請求項5記載のキャパシタ。
