Claims (19)
- 1)少なくとも1つのポリアミド(PA)と可塑剤としての少なくとも1つのスチレンブロックコポリマーとのブレンドを55〜85重量%と、
2)強化剤を15〜45重量%と、
3)添加剤を0.1〜10重量%(ただし、前記成分1、2及び3の合計は100重量%とする)と、を含み、
1.1 前記ポリアミドが、アミン末端を有しそのアミノ末端基含有量が少なくとも150meq/kgである非晶質ポリアミドであり、
1.2 前記少なくとも1つの可塑剤が、少なくとも1つのスチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレンコポリマー(SEBS)と少なくとも1つの無水マレイン酸グラフト化SEBS(SEBS−MAH)とを含み、
1.3 前記ポリアミドと前記可塑剤との重量比が、1.15:0.85乃至0.75:1.25の範囲にあることを特徴とするポリアミド成形組成物。 - 前記ポリアミドと前記可塑剤との重量比(1.3)が、1.15:0.85乃至0.85:1.25であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリアミド成形組成物。

- 製造される成型品は、ISO527に準拠して測定される引張弾性率が2500MPaを超え、そしてそれと同時に、ISO527に準拠した破断伸びが6%を超えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形組成物。
- 請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形組成物から製造され得る成型品。
