Claims (6)
- 温度の変化に応じて照射光に対する光学的性質が変化する内包物と、
上記内包物を包み、光が通過可能かつ熱膨張率が上記内包物の熱膨張率未満であり、体積弾性率が上記内包物の体積弾性率より高く、固体から液体への相転移温度が上記内包物の相転移温度より高く、計測対象物質の想定温度範囲において固形を維持する物質である外殻部材とを備え、
光学的温度計測の対象物として用いられる
ことを特徴とする温度感応体。 - 請求項1において、
上記内包物は、光透過性を有し、温度の変化に応じて照射光に対する透過特性が変化する
ことを特徴とする温度感応体。 - 請求項1又は2の何れか1つにおいて、
上記外殻部材は、概ね球状の中空粒子である
ことを特徴とする温度感応体。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の温度感応体と、
上記温度感応体に接続され、該温度感応体の内包物に照射する光を伝達する入射側導光路と、
上記温度感応体に接続され、上記内包物から出射された光を伝達する出射側導光路とを備えている
ことを特徴とする光学式温度センサ。 - 請求項4に記載の光学式温度センサと、
上記入射側導光路の入口へ向けて光を出射する光源と、
上記出射側導光路の出射光を受光し、該出射光を分析して上記温度感応体の温度を検出する光分析装置とを備えている
ことを特徴とする温度計測装置。 - 請求項4に記載の光学式温度センサと、
上記入射側導光路の入口へ向けて光を出射する光源と、
上記出射側導光路の出射光を受光し、該出射光を分析して温度感応体の温度の変化量を検出し、該変化量から温度感応体の熱流束を検出する光分析装置とを備えている
ことを特徴とする熱流束計測装置。
