Description
前記蛍光材料に投光する投光素子および、該投光素子が発する光を受光する予備受光素子を有する投光モジュールと、
前記投光モジュールと前記蛍光材料との間で光を伝達する投光用光伝達媒体と、
前記蛍光材料が発する光を受光する受光素子を有する受光モジュールと、
前記受光素子の出力信号から前記温度信号を生成する信号処理回路と、
前記受光モジュールと前記蛍光材料との間で光を伝達する受光用光伝達媒体と、
前記予備受光素子の出力信号および前記受光素子の出力信号に基づいて、当該センサの異常部位を特定する特定手段と
を備え、
前記予備受光素子は、前記投光用光伝達媒体を介して、前記投光素子が発する光と前記蛍光材料が発する光とを受光し、
前記受光素子は、前記投光用光伝達媒体および前記受光用光伝達媒体を介して、前記投光素子が発する光と前記蛍光材料が発する光とを受光し、
前記特定手段は、(1)前記投光素子が投光中の前記予備受光素子の出力信号および前記受光素子の出力信号と、(2)前記投光素子が投光を終了した後の前記予備受光素子の出力信号および前記受光素子の出力信号とに基づいて、当該センサの異常部位を特定することを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- 光励起された蛍光材料の蛍光から温度信号を生成する蛍光温度センサであって、
前記蛍光材料に投光する投光素子および、該投光素子が発する光を受光する予備受光素子を有する投光モジュールと、
前記投光モジュールと前記蛍光材料との間で光を伝達する投光用光伝達媒体と、
前記蛍光材料が発する光を受光する受光素子を有する受光モジュールと、
前記受光素子の出力信号から前記温度信号を生成する信号処理回路と、
前記受光モジュールと前記蛍光材料との間で光を伝達する受光用光伝達媒体と、
前記予備受光素子の出力信号および前記受光素子の出力信号に基づいて、当該センサの異常部位を特定する特定手段と
を備え、
前記予備受光素子は、前記投光用光伝達媒体を介して、前記投光素子が発する光と前記蛍光材料が発する光とを受光し、
前記受光素子は、前記投光用光伝達媒体および前記受光用光伝達媒体を介して、前記投光素子が発する光と前記蛍光材料が発する光とを受光し、
前記特定手段は、(1)前記投光素子が投光中の前記予備受光素子の出力信号および前記受光素子の出力信号と、(2)前記投光素子が投光を終了した後の前記予備受光素子の出力信号および前記受光素子の出力信号とに基づいて、当該センサの異常部位を特定することを特徴とする蛍光温度センサ。 - 請求項1記載の蛍光温度センサにおいて、
前記特定手段は、前記投光素子が発する光に対する前記予備受光素子の出力信号と前記受光素子の出力信号とに基づいて、少なくとも前記投光モジュールにおける異常部位を特定することを特徴とする蛍光温度センサ。 - 請求項1または2記載の蛍光温度センサにおいて、
前記特定手段は、前記蛍光材料が発する光に対する前記予備受光素子の出力信号と前記受光素子の出力信号とに基づいて、前記受光モジュールにおける異常部位、または前記蛍光材料、前記投光用光伝達媒体、および前記受光用光伝達媒体のうちいずれか1以上が異常となったことを特定することを特徴とする蛍光温度センサ。
