Description
パターン転写方式は、形成しようとするパターンと反対の3次元パターンをモールド内部表面に形成して、モールド内で製造される成形品の表面に3次元パターンが転写されるようにする。
Claims (13)
- 成形面に成形品の表面形状を付与するための3次元パターンが形成されたメタル(metal)材質である鋳型部;及び
前記鋳型部の外部面に付着して前記鋳型部の強度を補強するメタルハニカム(metal honeycomb)板材で形成されたフレーム部;を含むことを特徴とする3次元パターン形成用成形モールド。 - それぞれ成形面を有する下部モールドと上部モールドを含むが、
下部モールドと上部モールドは金属材質で形成され、
前記成形モールドは、前記下部モールド及び上部モールドそれぞれの外部面に付着され、前記下部モールド及び上部モールドの強度を補強するメタルハニカム(metal honeycomb)板材で形成されたフレーム部をさらに含み、
前記下部モールド及び上部モールド中の一つの成形面には成形品の表面形状を付与するための3次元パターンが形成されており、
前記下部モールド及び上部モールド中のもう一つの成形面には前記3次元パターンと反対のパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする3次元パターン形成用成形モールド。 - 3〜20mmの厚さを有する金属材質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3次元パターン形成用成形モールド。
- 前記下部モールド及び上部モールドは、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム及びスチールから選ばれる材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の3次元パターン形成用成形モールド。
- (a)成形面に3次元パターンが形成された請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の成形モールドを準備すること;
(b)前記成形モールドに家電製品外装材製造用樹脂組成物を提供すること;
(c)前記樹脂組成物を硬化させながら前記成形面の3次元パターンを転写すること;及び
(d)前記成形モールドを脱型すること;を含むことを特徴とする家電製品外装材の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂組成物は、光硬化型透明樹脂または熱硬化型透明樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の家電製品外装材の製造方法。
- 前記(b)において、前記成形モールドにパール(pearl)、顔料及びチップ(chip)中の一つ以上をさらに提供することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の家電製品外装材の製造方法。
- 前記(d)以降、硬化物の表面をシルク印刷すること;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の家電製品外装材の製造方法。
- 前記成形面の3次元パターンは、化学的エッチング、彫刻及びスタンピング中の一つ以上の方法で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の家電製品外装材の製造方法。
- (a)成形面に3次元パターンが形成された請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の成形モールドを準備すること;
(b)前記成形モールドに家電製品外装材製造用樹脂溶融物を提供すること;
(c)前記樹脂溶融物を冷却して固化(solidification)させながら前記成形面の3次元パターンを転写すること;及び
(d)前記成形モールドを脱型すること;を含むことを特徴とする家電製品外装材の製造方法。 - 前記(b)において、前記成形モールドにパール、顔料及びチップ中の一つ以上をさらに提供することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の家電製品外装材の製造方法。
- 前記(d)以降、固化物の表面をシルク印刷すること;をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の家電製品外装材の製造方法。
- 前記成形面の3次元パターンは、化学的エッチング、彫刻及びスタンピング中の一つ以上の方法で形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の家電製品外装材の製造方法。
