Abstract

本发明向人们公开了一种可将玻璃非常精确的放置在模具中注塑成型,与框体的结合非常牢固,生产效率非常高,成本也大大地降低的玻璃隔板一体化注塑模具;即通过在模具的动模板上增加两个油缸,油缸的前面设计两个滑块,滑块后部设计T型槽,油缸的拉杆固定在滑块的T型槽,滑块的头部设计L型卡脚,两个滑块就形成一个下框型,框两边的距离就是玻璃的宽度,这样每次玻璃的放置能确保在同一位置;本发明的有益效果:通过以上独特的设计,结构牢固,玻璃永远不会掉,玻璃被隔板包围且紧密接触,大大加强了隔板的强度,减少了安装玻璃的工序,降低了生产成本;本发明广泛运用于冰箱等厨房家电上。

Description

玻璃隔板一体化注塑模具 
技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器含玻璃的隔板的设计和制造,具体地说涉及玻璃隔板注塑模具的结构改进。 
背景技术
目前在冰箱等厨房家电所用的玻璃隔板,为使设计成复杂曲面,外形美观,且永不生锈,通常是框成型后再放置玻璃,然而后放置的玻璃与隔板之间的固定不牢固,存在非常松动易掉不安全等隐患;后来采用内部放置玻璃一起注塑成型,又存在玻璃易碎、玻璃的放置定位不准、且生产的劳动强度较高的问题。 
发明内容
针对上述出现的一系列技术缺陷,本发明的目的是:提出了一种可将玻璃非常精确的放置在模具中注塑成型,与框体的结合非常牢固,生产效率非常高,成本也大大地降低的玻璃隔板一体化注塑模具。 
本发明技术解决方案是这样实现的:通过在模具的动模板上增加两个油缸,油缸用螺丝固定,油缸的前面设计两个滑块,滑块后部设计T型槽,油缸的行程开关连杆固定在滑块的T型槽,这样油缸的动作与滑块相关联,滑块的头部设计L型卡脚,两个滑块就形成一个下框型,框两边的距离就是玻璃的宽度,这样每次玻璃的放置能确保在同一位置。 
生产工作时,油缸推动滑块前进到模具内,四个吸盘固定在模具 的顶板上,注塑机顶杆推动模具的顶板,吸盘一起顶出到滑块的高度,放置玻璃,吸盘在外接压缩空气的作用下吸住玻璃,然后油缸拉动滑块退到模具的外侧,注塑机的顶杆后退,模具的顶板模具上弹簧的作用下后退,玻璃一起后退到达模具的设计位置,注塑机推动模具合模、注塑机的螺杆把熔融的塑料注射进模具、保压、冷却、注塑机顶出模具的顶板产品随之顶出、取件,模具的生产周期完成。 
上述方案的玻璃作为镶件固定在模具中,模具的动、定模合模时会有非常大的锁模力,且玻璃是脆性的,很容易使玻璃压碎,针对此现象,我们根据玻璃的厚度设计一个间隙值,此间隙值确保产品不会有飞边毛刺,同时模具又不会压坏玻璃。同时注塑时熔融的塑料有很大的注塑压力,模具的流道设计必须对称平衡,保证玻璃的受力均匀,避免玻璃破碎,确保生产的顺利进行。 
本发明的有益效果: 
通过以上独特的设计,可以使设计的含玻璃一体式隔板可以大批量生产,且成本低廉。含玻璃一体式隔板相对于后装玻璃的隔板具有以下优点:结构牢固,玻璃永远不会掉,玻璃被隔板包围且紧密接触,大大加强了隔板的强度,减少了安装玻璃的工序,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
从图1-图4中可以看出,一种玻璃隔板一体化注塑模具: 
图1的合模状态里,定位图17是模具在注塑机的定位装置,确保注塑机的料口与模具的进料口对应,熔融的塑料从注塑机的料筒进入模具的热流道16,热流道16内部的加热及温控装置确保熔融塑料的恒定温度,塑料经过热流道到达如附图四的分流道31,通过浇口32进入模具的内部成型面,产品成型,分流道及浇口的设计必须考虑塑料流动的平衡,避免流动的塑料冲碎玻璃。 
结合图1合模状态和图3动模状态的示意图,图2的开模状态里,油缸22推动滑块4到动模内部的固定位置,与滑块4相连的连杆28相应移动,到指定位置时与行程开关接触,油缸22停止推动,玻璃19放置在吸盘20上,同时与右侧的滑块4的头部接触定位,气道23(外接真空泵)开始工作,上顶板11、下顶板10在弹簧30的作用下后移,吸盘及玻璃同步运动,油缸拉动滑块后移到模具外侧,与推动一样也是通过行程开关控制停止位置,此时模具的动定模合拢, 
图3的动模状态及图4的定模状态里,毛毡26启缓冲作用,防止顶板后退及合模时压碎玻璃。 
成型结束,模具开模,注塑机顶出下顶板,带动整个产品的顶出,取出产品,进入下一个循环周期。

Claims (2)

1.一种玻璃隔板一体化注塑模具,包括动模板,其特征在于:在所述动模板上增设两个用于驱动滑块位移的油缸,用螺丝固定于动模板之上,所述滑块设于油缸与动模板之间,所述滑块后部设计T型槽,油缸的行程开关连杆固定在滑块的T型槽之内,所述通过行程开关连杆相连的滑块与油缸相关联动作,且滑块头部设有L型卡脚;两个滑块形成一下框型,框两边的距离与玻璃的宽度相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃隔板一体化注塑模具,其特征在于:所述动模板上安装有毛毡。
