本发明涉及电源线生产技术领域,尤其涉及插头电源线注塑生产线。
背景技术
一般电子产品的连接头与电气用品插销,称为插头。家用交流电源插头与插座,有棒状或铜板状突出的公接头,以物理方式插入有插槽或凹洞的母接头型的电源插座,插头后端与电源线一般通过注塑工艺连接在一起。
插头电源线注塑工艺包括放线、合模、注料、开模、冷却、取线、检测和涂刷脱模剂等步骤。现有技术方案中,上述工艺均在注塑机处完成,工艺周期较长,影响生产效率。而且,目前的注塑工艺多为人工操作,在注塑机前的原料温度和模具内的温度有较大差距,难以保证产品质量,人工的放置容易出现安全隐患,同时也难以保证生产的效率。
因此,如何提供一种插头电源线注塑生产线是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出插头电源线注塑生产线,本发明通过进出模装置提高了整体的插头电源线注塑的自动化程度,降低了人工放置注塑的危险性,实现插头电源线注塑工艺流水化生产,以便保证工艺周期恒定,从而提高生产效率,并保证产品质量。
根据本发明实施例的一种插头电源线注塑生产线,包括放置台,所述放置台设有进出模装置,所述进出模装置的活动端侧方设有注塑机,所述进出模装置与所述注塑机之间上方设有冷风机,所述进出模装置与所述注塑机之间下方设有热风机;
所述进出模装置包括直线步进电机和伸缩气缸,所述直线步进电机靠近所述注塑机的一侧竖直安装有控制所述进出模装置上下移动的直线电机导轨,所述伸缩气缸活动端安装有活塞杆,所述伸缩气缸远离所述活塞杆的一端焊接固定有第一连杆,所述第一连杆远离所述伸缩气缸的另一端安装有与所述直线电机导轨相适配的导轨导块,且所述第一连杆一端通过所述导轨导块滑动设置在所述直线电机导轨内,所述活塞杆远离所述伸缩气缸的另一端固定焊接固定在安装板侧面,所述安装板远离所述活塞杆的另一侧平行安装有多根第二连杆,所述第二连杆远离所述安装板的另一端可拆卸安装有定模注塑板。
优选地,所述定模注塑板包括下卡板和与所述下卡板一体化成型的下侧板,所述下卡板与所述下侧板呈“L”型,所述下卡板上开设有多个模腔,所述下侧板上方设有上侧板,所述下侧板与所述上侧板之间通过伸缩杆连接,所述下侧板顶面与所述上侧板底面开设有多个限位孔。

本发明通过进出模装置的设计提高了整体的插头电源线注塑的自动化程度,冷风机的主要目的是当进出模装置收回脱模时对定模注塑板内注塑后的插头进行快速降温定型,防止长时间的高温使得插头出现热熔等影响产品成型的现象,热风机的主要目的是当进出模装置进模时对定模注塑板内注塑前的插头表面进行预加热,使得注塑时不会出现后模与前模因为温差过大而导致前模损毁的可能,本发明整体装置降低了人工放置注塑的危险性,实现插头电源线注塑工艺流水化生产,以便保证工艺周期恒定,从而提高生产效率,并保证产品质量。

参考图1-2,一种插头电源线注塑生产线,包括放置台5,放置台5设有进出模装置1,进出模装置1的活动端侧方设有注塑机2,进出模装置1与注塑机2之间上方设有冷风机3,冷风机3的主要目的是当进出模装置1收回脱模时对定模注塑板19内注塑后的插头进行快速降温定型,防止长时间的高温使得插头出现热熔等影响产品成型的现象,进出模装置1与注塑机2之间下方设有热风机4,热风机4的主要目的是当进出模装置1进模时对定模注塑板19内注塑前的插头表面进行预加热,使得注塑时不会出现后模与前模因为温差过大而导致前模损毁的可能;
进出模装置1包括直线步进电机11和伸缩气缸15,直线步进电机11靠近注塑机2的一侧竖直安装有控制进出模装置1上下移动的直线电机导轨12,伸缩气缸15活动端安装有活塞杆16,伸缩气缸15远离活塞杆16的一端焊接固定有第一连杆14,第一连杆14远离伸缩气缸15的另一端安装有与直线电机导轨12相适配的导轨导块13,且第一连杆14一端通过导轨导块13滑动设置在直线电机导轨12内,活塞杆16远离伸缩气缸15的另一端固定焊接固定在安装板17侧面,安装板17远离活塞杆16的另一侧平行安装有多根第二连杆18,第二连杆18远离安装板17的另一端可拆卸安装有定模注塑板19。

第二连杆18端部的安装板17上安装有红外传感器110,第二连杆18端部的安装板17上安装有温度传感器111,温度传感器111用于测量注塑后定模注塑板19内的注塑件的温度以便于控制活塞杆16回收的速度,红外传感器110和温度传感器111水平位置高于上侧板195顶面水平位置。
同时,进出模装置1上设置有用于控制其基础运行的PLC控制系统,PLC控制系统用于接收红外接收器23发送给红外发射器197的信号,同时控制伸缩气缸15与直线步进电机11的运行。
可以理解的是,本发明中的直线步进电机11、注塑机2和伸缩气缸15的驱动方式可以采用外接电源的方式进行驱动,同时本发明中的控制系统为现有技术容易实现的,直线步进电机11、注塑机2和伸缩气缸15的控制是本身装置自带的控制器所完成的,同时,直线步进电机11、注塑机2和伸缩气缸15的型号不限于单一的类型,可以为市场上现有适合与本发明的类型。
工作原理:将定模注塑板19的上侧板195向上提拉后使得上侧板195与下侧板196分开,将需要注塑的插头前模放置在模腔192内同时将电源线放置在下侧板196的限位孔194上,向下移动上侧板195对电源线进行固定,启动伸缩气缸15与热风机4,伸缩气缸15的活塞杆16推动定模注塑板19向前移动,同时热风机4对模腔192内的插头前模进行预加热,当下卡板191下方的红外发射器197移动到放模台22上方时与放模台22上的红外接收器23信号对接伸缩气缸15停止运行,此时直线步进电机11控制直线电机导轨12内的导轨导块13向下移动使得下侧板196完全卡接在放模台22上,注塑腔21向下移动对模腔192内的插头前模进行后模注塑,注塑完成后注塑腔21向上移动,安装板17上的红外传感器110感应到注塑腔21向上移动后直线步进电机11控制直线电机导轨12内的导轨导块13向上移动使得下侧板196完全脱离放模台22后,伸缩气缸15的活塞杆16向内运动带动定模注塑板19返回,开启上方的冷风机3,安装板17上的温度传感器111通过感应模腔192内插头注塑后模的温度来同时控制活塞杆16回收的速度,使得模腔192内插头注塑后模完全冷却成型,人工取出注塑完成的完整插头,进行下一轮注塑。
本发明通过进出模装置1提高了整体的插头电源线注塑的自动化程度,降低了人工放置注塑的危险性,实现插头电源线注塑工艺流水化生产,以便保证工艺周期恒定,从而提高生产效率,并保证产品质量。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (7)

1.一种插头电源线注塑生产线,包括放置台,其特征在于:所述放置台设有进出模装置,所述进出模装置的活动端侧方设有注塑机,所述进出模装置与所述注塑机之间上方设有冷风机,所述进出模装置与所述注塑机之间下方设有热风机;
所述进出模装置包括直线步进电机和伸缩气缸,所述直线步进电机靠近所述注塑机的一侧竖直安装有控制所述进出模装置上下移动的直线电机导轨,所述伸缩气缸活动端安装有活塞杆,所述伸缩气缸远离所述活塞杆的一端焊接固定有第一连杆,所述第一连杆远离所述伸缩气缸的另一端安装有与所述直线电机导轨相适配的导轨导块,且所述第一连杆一端通过所述导轨导块滑动设置在所述直线电机导轨内,所述活塞杆远离所述伸缩气缸的另一端固定焊接固定在安装板侧面,所述安装板远离所述活塞杆的另一侧平行安装有多根第二连杆,所述第二连杆远离所述安装板的另一端可拆卸安装有定模注塑板;
所述定模注塑板包括下卡板和与所述下卡板一体化成型的下侧板,所述下卡板与所述下侧板呈“L”型,所述下卡板上开设有多个模腔,所述下侧板上方设有上侧板,所述下侧板与所述上侧板之间通过伸缩杆连接,所述下侧板顶面与所述上侧板底面开设有多个限位孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插头电源线注塑生产线,其特征在于:所述限位孔设置的数量与所述模腔数量相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插头电源线注塑生产线,其特征在于:所述下卡板底部安装有红外发射器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插头电源线注塑生产线,其特征在于:所述第二连杆端部的安装板上安装有红外传感器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的插头电源线注塑生产线,其特征在于:所述第二连杆端部的安装板上安装有温度传感器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的插头电源线注塑生产线,其特征在于:所述红外传感器和所述温度传感器水平位置高于所述上侧板顶面水平位置。
7.根据权利要求3所述的插头电源线注塑生产线,其特征在于:所述注塑机包括放模台和设置在所述放模台上方的注塑腔,所述放模台内安装有与用于接收所述红外发射器信号的红外接收器。
