Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种模内转印注塑成型模具,它主要由动模、定模、斜顶、斜顶拉杆、顶杆组成;所述的动模与定模相对设置且在其相对面之间设有型腔;所述的斜顶穿设在动模内,斜顶的下端伸入型腔,斜顶的上端安装在动模的斜顶固定板上;所述的斜顶拉杆的上端活动穿置在动模的限位套内,斜顶拉杆的下端活动穿置在定模的限位孔内;所述的顶杆穿设在定模内。由于本实用新型采用倒装模、双顶针二次顶出结构(顶杆和用于二次顶出的斜顶拉杆)及动模模腔内抽真空的模具结构,从而在注塑过程中,可实现顶针后退、合模、注塑、溶胶、抽胶、产品冷却、开模等工步,从而生产出品质稳定的产品。

[0002] 目前国内在注塑外观饰件都采用注塑之后,采用传统的表面喷涂、印刷(移印、丝印、滚印等)、烫金等工艺来完成。这些工艺须采用大量的人工操作,生产效率低,无法实现工业自动化;且应用了大量油墨、薄膜等化学辅助物品,而这些化学物品在生产过程中会产生挥发性有毒有害气体而污染环境及影响人体健康;由于须大量人工操作,从而导致产品的品质不稳定,不良率高达10-30%,而且产品的外观达不到高端产品的要求。故业者急需一种可模内转印注塑成型的模具。

[0010] 如图1所示,本实用新型是一种模内转印注塑成型模具,它主要由动模1、定模2、 斜顶3、斜顶拉杆4、顶杆5组成。

[0013] 1、倒装模结构:模具定模2型腔的结构放在动模1的位置(即在注塑机的开模移动方向),顶杆5和滑块以及斜顶3的动模结构放在定模位置上(即在注塑机的定模板方向); 使得转印箔纸上的图文在成型时直接印在产品的表面上。
[0014] 2、双顶针二次顶出结构:在模具的动模板和定模板上同时设置双顶出结构,模具的动模1顶出是通过机台的顶出装置顶开箔纸和压紧箔纸,顶出时可以使得箔纸在注塑成型时可以正常运转,回退时可以使得箔纸紧贴在模具的动模1型腔上,使得在注塑成型时产品的表面不会产生波纹和箔纸变形;产品的顶出是在开模过程中用斜顶拉杆4带动顶针板把产品顶出来的,解决了产品无法通过机台顶出装置来顶出的难题。
