Description
マイクロレンズ・シート(製品名:UTE12−7B、韓国・未来ナノテック製)の背面に、伝導性物質として、ITOを利用してスパッタリング法で伝導性膜を形成した。図2では、使われたマイクロレンズ・シートのレンズ面を示している。
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)(韓国・SKC社製)の背面に、伝導性物質としてITOを利用し、スパッタリング法で伝導性膜を形成した点を除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で色変換発光シートを製造した。そして、PETの上面に実施例1で使用したマイクロレンズを付着させた。
ITOガラス基板(三星コーニング精密ガラス社製、20Ω/sq)を利用した点を除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で色変換発光シートを製造した。
実施例1、比較例1及び比較例2で製造された色変換発光シートの発光強度を、Luminance Meter LS−110(MINOLTA)を利用して測定した。

Claims (21)
- 下面に複数の凹凸構造が形成された光学シートと、
前記光学シートの上面に形成された伝導性膜と、
前記伝導性膜の上面に形成され、バインダ樹脂及び色変換発光物質を含有するナノファイバ及びナノビーズの混合物を含む色変換発光層と、を含み、
前記凹凸構造が2ないし150μmの高さ及び2ないし150μmの曲面半径を有するマイクロレンズ形態の断面を有する、色変換発光シート。 - 前記光学シートが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリスチレン(PS)及びポリエチレンスルホン(PES)からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記光学シートの厚みが、100ないし500μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記伝導性膜が、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)、フッ素ドープ酸化スズ(FTO)、アンチモンドープ酸化スズ(ATO)及び酸化インジウム亜鉛(IZO)、炭素ナノチューブ、グラフェン、ポリピロール、ポリアニリン及びポリチオフェンからなる群から選択された1種以上の伝導性物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記色変換発光物質が、無機蛍光物質、有機蛍光物質、有機発光高分子、リン光物質、量子点、及びそれらの混合物から構成された群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記色変換発光層の厚みが、0.5ないし200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記色変換発光層の上面に、基板、有機高分子保護層及び無機薄膜保護層の積層構造を有する保護層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記有機高分子保護層が、エポキシ系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、ポリイミド及びポリエチレンから構成された群から選択された光硬化性高分子の硬化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記無機薄膜保護層が、アルミニウム酸化物、シリコン酸化物、シリコン窒化物、シリコン酸窒化物、マグネシウム酸化物、インジウム酸化物、及びマグネシウムフッ化物から構成された群から選択される2種以上の無機物を含むことを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記有機高分子保護層の厚みが、0.1μmないし10μmであり、前記無機薄膜保護層の厚みが、10nmないし1μmであることを特徴とする請求項7ないし請求項9のうち、いずれか1項に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 前記光学シートと伝導性膜との間に保護層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色変換発光シート。
- 請求項1に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法であって、
一面に複数の凹凸構造が形成された光学シートの他面に、伝導性膜を形成する段階と、
前記伝導性膜の上面に、バインダ樹脂、色変換発光物質及び溶媒を混合して製造された色変換発光組成物をスピニングし、ナノファイバ及びナノビーズの混合物層を形成する段階と、
前記ナノファイバ及びナノビーズの混合物層を熱圧着し、色変換発光層を形成する段階と、を含む色変換発光シートの製造方法。 - 前記色変換発光組成物が、バインダ樹脂100重量部、色変換発光物質0.01ないし20重量部、溶媒200ないし10,000重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 前記溶媒が極性溶媒及び非極性溶媒を含み、前記極性溶媒及び非極性溶媒の重量比が、2:98ないし60:40であることを特徴とする請求項12または請求項13に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 前記伝導性膜の面抵抗が、10ないし2,000Ω/sqであることを特徴とする請求項12ないし請求項14のうち、いずれか1項に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 前記スピニングが、電気スピニング法、メルトブローン(melt-blown)法、エレクトロブローン法、フラッシュスピニング法または静電メルトブローン法によって行われることを特徴とする請求項12ないし請求項15のうち、いずれか1項に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 前記ナノファイバが、10ないし10,000nmの直径を有し、前記ナノビーズが、30ないし10,000nmの直径を有することを特徴とする請求項12ないし請求項16のうち、いずれか1項に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 前記熱圧着が、25ないし150℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項12ないし請求項17のうち、いずれか1項に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 前記色変換発光層の上面に、保護層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12ないし請求項18のうち、いずれか1項に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 前記伝導性膜を形成する前に、前記光学シートの上面に、保護層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12ないし請求項19のうち、いずれか1項に記載の色変換発光シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の色変換発光シートを含む発光素子。
