Claims (17)
- 第1の主要表面と、前記第1の主要表面の反対側に位置する第2の主要表面を有し、その厚さは0.3〜5mmである弾性層と、
前記第1の主要表面上に設けられ、その厚さは0.05〜0.3mmである摺動層と、そして、
前記第2の主要表面上に設けられた鋼を含む寸法安定性支持層とからなる
振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材であって、
軸方向のカラーを含み、
前記振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材は一端と他端とを有し、前記一端と前記他端とが対向する部位にスリットが入っている振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。 - 前記弾性層と前記摺動層との間に更に接着層を有する、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 前記弾性層と前記寸法安定性支持層との間に更に接着層を有する、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 前記弾性層は、ニトリルゴム、ネオプレンゴム、シリコーンゴム、オレフィンエラストマー、スチレンエラストマー、熱可塑性エラストマー、架橋エラストマー、ポリエーテルポリエステルエラストマー、エチレンプロピレンエラストマー、エチレンアクリルゴム、フルオロエラストマー、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された一つのエラストマーを含む、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 前記摺動層に存在する前記摺動材料は、樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 前記樹脂はフルオロポリマー類、ポリアセタール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリスルホン、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、ポリウレタン(PUR)、ポリエステル、ポリフェニレンオキシド、およびその混合物からなる群から選択されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 前記支持層は、金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 弾性層の反対側に設けられた前記寸法安定性支持層の主要な表面上に設けられた摺動層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 前記摺動層の厚さは、0.1〜0.3mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の
振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。 - 前記寸法安定性支持層の厚さは、0.1〜5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 第1の主要表面と、前記第1の主要表面の反対側に位置する第2の主要表面を有する鋼を含む寸法安定性支持層と、
前記第1の主要表面上に設けられ、その厚さは0.05〜0.3mmである摺動層と、そして、
前記第2の主要表面上に設けられ、その厚さは0.3〜5mmである弾性層とからなる

- 軸受ハウジングと、請求項14に記載の滑り平軸受ブシュと、軸受シャフトとを含む振動減衰滑り平軸受アセンブリ。
- 請求項15に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受アセンブリを含む自動車用シート。
- 摺動材料を含み、その厚さは0.05〜0.3mmである摺動層と、寸法安定性支持層と、その厚さは0.3〜5mmである弾性層とを含む振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材を製造する方法において、
前記摺動層と、前記寸法安定性支持層と、前記弾性層とをそれぞれシート状の材料を用意するステップと、
前記摺動層をその領域にわたって前記寸法安定性支持層に接合するステップと、
前記弾性層をその領域にわたって前記寸法安定性支持層に、前記寸法安定性支持層の前記摺動層とは面していない側において接合するステップと、
または
前記摺動層と、前記寸法安定性支持層と、前記弾性層とをそれぞれシート状の材料と
して、ストリップ形状の連続的な材料の形態で用意するステップと、
前記摺動層をその領域にわたって前記弾性層に接合するステップと、
前記弾性層をその領域にわたって前記寸法安定性支持層に、前記寸法安定性支持層の前記摺動層とは面していない側において接合するステップと、を含み、
前記寸法安定性支持層が鋼を含み、
軸方向のカラーを形成するステップと、
前記振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材は一端と他端とを有し、前記一端と前記他端とが対向する部位にスリットを形成するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする方法。
