Description
Claims (15)
- ボールソケット形軸継手用の、滑り軸受けシェル(1a,1b)を有する球面滑り軸受け(1)であって、
前記滑り軸受けシェル(1a,1b)が、摺動性材料を含有する摺動層(5)、少なくとも1層の弾性層(9)、前記摺動層(5)と前記弾性層(9)との間に配置されている寸法安定性支持層(7)、および前記寸法安定性支持層(7)とは反対側の前記弾性層(9)の面に設けられている支持層を含み、
前記滑り軸受けシェルが軸受け筐体中に圧入されるように構成されていることを特徴とする球面滑り軸受け(1)。 - 前記滑り軸受けシェル(1a,1b)における前記弾性層(9)が層領域に対して実質的に垂直にプレストレスされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記摺動層(5)が、接着性層(6)により前記寸法安定性支持層(7)に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記接着性層に存在する接着剤が、
パーフルオロアルコキシポリマー、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、パーフルオロエチレンコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレンのターポリマー、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、およびフッ化ビニリデンを含む少なくとも1種のフルオロポリマー、 エポキシ接着剤、ポリイミド接着剤および/または低温ホットメルト接着剤、エチレン−ビニルアセテートおよびポリエーテル−ポリアミドコポリマー、および/または熱可塑性樹脂を含む硬化型接着剤、
および/またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。 - 前記弾性層(9)が、定着剤層(8)を介して前記寸法安定性支持層(7)に接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記定着剤層が、少なくとも1種の反応性ポリマーである、シラン−ベースの反応性ポリマー、および/またはメチルイソブチルケトン、キシレン、エタノールおよび水、あるいは、エタノールおよびメチルエチルケトンといった溶剤中の顔料を含有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記弾性層(9)が、ニトリルゴム、ネオプレンゴム、シリコーンゴム、オレフィン系エラストマー、スチレン系エラストマー、熱可塑性エラストマー、架橋エラストマー、ポリエーテル−ポリエステルエラストマー、エチレン−プロピレンエラストマー、エチレン−アクリレートゴムおよび/またはフルオロエラストマーを含むエラストマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記摺動性材料が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、フッ素化エチレン−プロピレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、エチレン−クロロトリフルオロエチレン、パーフルオロアルコキシポリマー、またはこれらの組み合わせを含むフルオロポリマーからなる群から選択される高温プラスチック、ポリアセタール、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエチレン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリフェニレンオキシドおよびこれらの混合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記摺動層が、ガラスおよび/または炭素繊維、シリコーン、グラファイト、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、二硫化モリブデン、芳香族ポリエステル、炭素粒子、青銅、フルオロポリマーを含む潤滑剤および/または充填材、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリフェニレンスルホンまたは液晶ポリマーを含む熱可塑性充填材、珪灰石または硫酸バリウムを含む鉱物性充填材、またはこれらの組み合わせを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記弾性層(9)の厚さが、0.1〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記摺動層(5)の厚さが、0.05〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記寸法安定性支持層(7)の厚さが0.2mm〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 前記寸法安定性支持層(7)が、鋼、ステンレス鋼、銅、チタン、青銅、アルミニウム、これらの合金を含む金属、金属織物およびPTFEから製造された軸受けフォイル、または、PTFEフィルムと青銅エキスパンドメタルとから形成される複合体材料から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)。
- 球状継手ヘッド(2)および請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のとおり設計されている球面滑り軸受け(1)を含むボールソケット形軸継手。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の球面滑り軸受け(1)から構成されるボールソケット形軸継手を含む自動車シャーシ。
