Claims (4)
- 回転軸を組合せ軸受によって軸支してなる回転機械であって、
前記組合せ軸受は、2以上の転がり軸受の外輪端面同士及び内輪端面同士を直接または外輪端面間及び内輪端面間に間座を介して間接に突き合わせて同一軸線上に配置し、且つ前記外輪端面同士の直接突き合わせ部或いは前記外輪端面と間座の突き合わせ部に潤滑油導入口を設けた構成であり、
前記組合せ軸受の一端部外周を除く外周部を覆う軸受ケースと、前記軸受ケース内に設けた前記潤滑油導入口を通って前記組合せ軸受内に導入された潤滑油が流入する油溜まりと、前記一端部外周を覆う軸受カバーと、前記油溜まりから前記軸受カバーを越えて溢れた潤滑油を収容する潤滑油室と、を備え、
前記軸受ケースには潤滑油を前記潤滑油導入口に導く潤滑油導入路が形成され、前記軸受カバーには前記回転軸の回転により前記潤滑油室内の潤滑油が攪拌され、前記軸受カバーの外周に落下した潤滑油を自重で前記潤滑油導入路に導く潤滑油流出面部を設け、
前記組合せ軸受の外周下部は前記油溜まり内の潤滑油中に浸漬しており、
前記回転軸の前記組合せ軸受側端部には前記潤滑油室内の潤滑油中に少なくとも一部が浸漬する歯車及び/又は油板を設けたことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1に記載の回転機械において、
前記組合せ軸受の外輪端面同士の突き合わせ両端面のそれぞれに外周から内周にわたって半径方向に延びる切り欠きを設け、前記外輪端面同士を突き合わせ両端面の切り欠きで該外輪外周上方向から見て矩形状となる潤滑油導入口を設けたことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1に記載の回転機械において、
前記組合せ軸受の外輪端面同士の突き合わせ両端面の何れか一方にのみ外周から内周にわたって半径方向に延びる切り欠きを設け、前記外輪端面同士を突き合わせ該外輪外周上方向から見て矩形状となる潤滑油導入口を設けたことを特徴とする回転機械。 - 請求項1に記載の回転機械において、
前記組合せ軸受の外輪端面の間に介在する間座の両側面の何れか一方の側面に外周から内周にわたって半径方向に延びる切り欠きを設け、前記外輪端面同士及び内輪端面同士を間に間座を介して突き合わせ該外輪外周上方向から見て矩形状となる潤滑油導入口を設けたことを特徴とする回転機械。
