Claims (4)
- 複数の部品を連続して収容し、部品供給方向に斜めに傾けて配置されるスティックと、該スティック内で該複数の部品の最後尾に配置され、該複数の部品を供給方向に押圧する重り球と、該スティックに続く部品供給路と、該部品供給路に設けられた重り球回収用の孔部に続く重り球回収路と、該重り球回収路に設けられた重り球検知用のセンサとを備えたことを特徴とする部品供給装置。
- 前記複数の部品と前記重り球とを収容して複数段に配置された前記スティックと、最下段のスティックに続く前記部品供給路と、前記センサの信号で作動する昇降手段とを備え、該複数段のスティックが該昇降手段で一段下降し、空になった最下段のスティックが該部品供給路から外れ、下から二段目のスティックが該部品供給路に続くことを特徴とする請求項1記載の部品供給装置。
- 断面略矩形状の前記スティックが底壁と一側壁とで前記部品の底面と一側面とを支持するように周方向に傾けて配置され、該スティックの断面が該部品の断面よりも十分に大きく設定されて、部品の種類に応じた汎用性を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の部品供給装置。
- 複数の部品をスティック内に連続して収容し、該複数の部品の最後尾に重り球を配置し、該スティックを部品供給方向に傾斜させて複数段に配置し、最下段のスティックに続いて部品供給路を配置し、該部品供給路に重り球回収路を交差させ、該重り球回収路にセンサを配置し、該センサで重り球を検知させ、該センサの検知信号で複数段のスティックを昇降手段で一段下降させ、下から二段目のスティックを該部品供給路に続けて配置することを特徴とする部品供給方法。
