Claims (4)
- ポートが形成されるバルブディスクと、
上記バルブディスクの軸心部から立ち上がる軸部材と、
環状であって上記軸部材の外周に装着されるとともに上記バルブディスクに積層されて上記ポートを開閉する環状のリーフバルブと、
筒状であって上記軸部材の外周に装着されて上記リーフバルブに積層され、外径が当該リーフバルブの外径よりも小径であって当該リーフバルブの内周を支持するガイド部材と、
上記ガイド部材の外周に軸方向へ移動自在に設けられ上記リーフバルブの反バルブディスク側に積層される環状のメインバルブと、
上記メインバルブを介して上記リーフバルブをバルブディスク側へ向けて附勢する環状の皿ばねと、
上記皿ばねの反バルブディスク側端を支承するばね支持部とを備え、
上記メインバルブは、上記リーフバルブの反バルブディスク側面に当接するとともに上記皿ばねのバルブディスク側端を支承する環状のばね受部と、上記ばね受部の内周から上記ガイド部材に沿って立ち上がる筒状のカラーとを有し、
上記皿ばねは、上記カラーの外周に装着され、
上記ばね支持部は、筒状であって、内径が上記カラーの外径より大きく設定され、
上記カラーは、上記ガイド部材の外周と上記ばね支持部の内周との間で軸方向移動自在となるよう配置された
ことを特徴とする減衰バルブ。 - 上記軸部材に螺着されるナットを備え、
上記ばね支持部は、上記ナットに一体的に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 上記ナットは、上記ばね支持部の内周側に上記カラーの侵入を許容する凹部を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 上記軸部材に螺着されるナットを備え、
上記ばね支持部は、一端が上記皿ばねの反バルブディスク側端を支承し、他端が上記ナットに当接するよう配置されるばね支持部材である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。
