Claims (3)
- ポートが形成されるバルブディスクと、
上記バルブディスクの軸心部から立ち上がる軸部材と、
環状であって上記軸部材の外周に装着されるとともに上記バルブディスクに積層されて上記ポートを開閉する環状のリーフバルブと、
上記軸部材の外周に軸方向へ移動自在に設けられ上記リーフバルブの反バルブディスク側に積層される環状のメインバルブと、
上記軸部材の外周に設けられる一つ以上の環状の皿ばねとを備え、
上記皿ばねは、上記軸部材を挿通させる孔を有する円錐状の皿ばね本体と、上記皿ばね本体の外周に径方向へ向けて突出したフランジとを有し、
上記フランジにより上記メインバルブを介して上記リーフバルブをバルブディスク側へ向けて附勢する
ことを特徴とする減衰バルブ。 - 筒状であって上記軸部材の外周に装着されて上記リーフバルブに積層され、外径が当該リーフバルブの外径よりも小径であって当該リーフバルブの内周を支持するガイド部材を備え、
上記メインバルブが上記ガイド部材の外周に摺動自在に装着され、
上記皿ばねが上記ガイド部材の外周に装着される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ構造。 - 上記皿ばねのバルブディスク側面であって上記皿ばね本体と上記フランジの境目に彎曲面を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブ構造。
