Description
本実施の形態では、電気化学キャパシタの一形態であるレドックスキャパシタの構造について、図1を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1より容量を増大させることが可能なレドックスキャパシタに関して、図3を用いて説明する。本実施の形態に示すレドックスキャパシタは、基板上に形成される集電体または電解質が凹凸状であることを特徴とする。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1及び実施の形態2とは異なる構造のレドックスキャパシタについて、図4を用いて説明する。
実施の形態1乃至実施の形態3に示すレドックスキャパシタの封止構造について、図5を用いて説明する。本実施の形態では実施の形態1に示すレドックスキャパシタを用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、電気化学キャパシタの一形態である電気二重層キャパシタについて、図6を用いて説明する。

- 基板と、同一の絶縁表面に接する前記基板上の正極及び負極と、前記基板及び電解質を封止する封止部材とを有し、
前記電解質は、水素を含む非晶質半導体を有し、
前記水素を含む非晶質半導体は、非晶質シリコン、非晶質シリコンゲルマニウム、または非晶質ゲルマニウムであることを特徴とする電気化学キャパシタ。 - 基板と、同一の絶縁表面に接する前記基板上の正極及び負極と、前記基板及び電解質を封止する封止部材とを有し、
前記電解質は、水素を含む非晶質半導体を有し、
前記水素を含む非晶質半導体は、Inと、M(MはAl、Ga、Fe、Ni、Mn及びCoから選ばれた一の金属元素または複数の金属元素)と、Znと、を含む酸化物半導体であることを特徴とする電気化学キャパシタ。 - 基板と、前記基板上の同一表面に接する正極及び負極と、前記基板及び電解質を封止する封止部材とを有し、

前記正極は、前記電解質に接する活物質と、前記活物質に接する集電体を有することを特徴とする電気化学キャパシタ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一において、
前記負極は、前記電解質に接する活物質と、前記活物質に接する集電体を有することを特徴とする電気化学キャパシタ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか一において、
前記封止部材は、アルミニウムを有機樹脂で挟んだラミネ―トフィルムを用いることを特徴とする電気化学キャパシタ。
