Abstract
【解決手段】本発明における電気二重層キャパシタ用電極およびそれを用いた電気二重層キャパシタは、集電体2a、3aと、この集電体2a、3aと電気的に接続した分極性電極層2b、3bを少なくとも有し、集電体2a、3aの表面にリンを含む保護層8が付着し、この保護層8を有した集電体2a、3aを水に浸漬したときに、この水に溶解されるリン化合物の量が、リン換算で、上記集電体2a、3aの単位表面積あたり1.35mg/m2以下であることを特徴としている。この構成により、本発明の電気二重層キャパシタ用電極およびそれを用いた電気二重層キャパシタは、耐熱性を高め、特性劣化が抑制された状態で長時間の充放電を行うことができる。

Claims (6)
- 表面にリンを含む保護層を有する集電体と、
前記集電体上に形成され、イオンを可逆的に吸着、脱離できる分極性電極層と、を備え、
前記集電体を水に浸漬したときに溶出するリン化合物の量が、前記集電体の単位表面積当たりリン換算で1.35mg/m2以下である電気二重層キャパシタ用電極。 - 前記集電体と当接した導電層をさらに備え、
前記分極性電極層は前記導電層と当接した請求項1に記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用電極。 - 前記分極性電極層は前記集電体に当接した請求項1に記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用電極。
- 正極と、前記正極に対向した負極と、前記正極と前記負極との間に介在するセパレータと、を有するキャパシタ素子と、
前記キャパシタ素子に含浸した電解液と、
前記キャパシタ素子と前記電解液とを収容した外装体とを備え、
前記正極と前記負極の少なくとも一方が、
表面にリンを含む保護層を有する集電体と、
前記集電体上に形成され、イオンを可逆的に吸着、脱離できる分極性電極層とを有し、
前記集電体を水に浸漬したときに溶出するリン化合物の量が、前記集電体の単位表面積当たりリン換算で1.35mg/m2以下である電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 前記集電体と当接した導電層をさらに備え、
前記分極性電極層は前記導電層と当接した請求項4に記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 前記分極性電極層は前記集電体に当接した請求項4に記載の電気二重層キャパシタ。
