抑制効果を高めることができる。
図1は本発明の実施の形態にかかるキャパシタの一部分を切り欠いた斜視図である。
以下に、本発明を実施した複数のサンプルと比較例をもとに行った性能評価試験1の内容を示す。
性付与剤としては平均粒径D50が50nmのカーボンブラックの一種であるアセチレンブラックを用いる。結着剤としてはCMCのアンモニウム塩およびポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)の水分散液を用いる。これらを固形分の重量比がそれぞれ約85:8:5:2となるように配合し、分散媒である水を添加して、混練、分散する。このようにして電極ペーストを調製する。なお電極ペースト中の固形分の重量比率は約30重量%とする。
設けた構成である。比較例2においては、この導電層がエッチング処理による凹部の空間を充填してしまうため、活性炭と凹部の内表面とを、導電層および自然酸化皮膜を介して通電させる必要が生じる。比較例1と比較例2との初期DCRにあまり変化がないのは、導電層が設けられることによってエッチング処理された集電体の導電性の向上という効果を、活性炭と凹部との間に導電層が存在することで通電を阻害していることにより打ち消しているためである。
60℃雰囲気下でのライフ試験を行った性能評価試験1に続いて、性能評価試験2では更に高温(85℃)の雰囲気下でのライフ試験を行った。
本発明において陽極酸化にアジピン酸あるいはホウ素化合物を用いた場合の皮膜の劣化抑制特性を調べる性能評価試験3を行った。

Claims (2)
- 金属から成る集電体の表面に炭素材料を主とした電極部が形成された正極および負極と、これら正極および負極の間に介在するセパレータとを巻回または積層して素子を作製するステップと、
前記素子および駆動用電解液を外装ケースに収容するステップと、
を備えたキャパシタの製造方法において、
前記正極及び前記負極の少なくとも一方の集電体の表面に陽極酸化によって、リンを含んだ皮膜を形成する第1ステップと、
前記皮膜の上に導電材および結着剤を含む導電層を形成する第2ステップと、
前記導電層が形成された前記集電体をプレスする第3ステップと、
前記導電層の上に前記電極部を形成する第4ステップと、
を備え、
前記集電体は、粗面化されているキャパシタの製造方法。 - 前記第1ステップにおいて、前記陽極酸化の化成電圧を1V以上5V以下とし、請求項1に記載のキャパシタの製造方法。
