Claims (6)
- カソード(18)と、アノード(16)と、電解質と、アノード及びカソード間に配列されたセパレータ(22)と、ハウジングとを備え、前記ハウジングが、ハウジングカップ(14)、ハウジングカバー(12)、及びシール要素(20)を含み、該シール要素(20)が前記ハウジングカバー(12)に対して前記ハウジングカップ(14)を絶縁する、ガルバニ素子であって、
前記シール要素(20)の内側リップと前記セパレータの周縁とを接着または溶接することによって前記シール要素(20)が前記セパレータ(22)に結合され、さらに 前記シール要素(20)の内側シールリップを越えて半径方向外向きに突出する前記セパレータ(22)の一部が、前記ハウジングカバー(12)と前記シール要素(20)のこのシールリップとの間でクランプされ、さらに、
前記ガルバニ素子が少なくとも1つの導電性バネ要素(24)を備え、該導電性バネ要素が、前記ハウジングカップ(14)上又は前記ハウジングカバー(12)上で支持され、導電性中間要素(30)を用いて前記セパレータ(22)の方向で前記カソード(18)又は前記アノード(16)を押圧し、前記カソード(18)又は前記アノード(16)が、前記導電性中間要素(30)及び前記導電性バネ要素(24)によって前記ハウジングカップ(14)又は前記ハウジングカバー(12)と電気的に接触し、かつ、
前記導電性中間要素(30)が、中央凹部(32)を備えた円形ディスクを含み、その直径が、前記カソード(18)又は前記アノード(16)の直径に実質的に相当する、
ことを特徴とするガルバニ素子。 - 前記シール要素(20)が実質的に環状であり、周囲全体に沿って前記セパレータ(22)に結合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガルバニ素子。 - 前記シール要素(20)が半径方向で2つのシールリップを備えた実質的にU字形断面を有し、
前記セパレータ(22)が、前記半径方向で前記内側シールリップを少なくとも越えて半径方向外向きに突出する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜2の何れか1項に記載のガルバニ素子。 - 前記セパレータ(22)が、前記シール要素(20)の内側シールリップに結合され、 この内側シールリップを越えて半径方向外向きに突出する前記セパレータ(22)の一部が、前記シール要素(20)から半径方向内向きに配置された領域に対して実質的に垂直に曲げられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガルバニ素子。 - 前記バネ要素(24)が、前記ハウジングカップ(14)又は前記ハウジングカバー(12)に溶接されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニ素子。 - 前記バネ要素(24)が、中心に対して対称的に配列された少なくとも3つのバネアームを有し、各々において前記導電性中間要素(30)上に載る接触面を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニ素子。
