Description
Claims (7)
- 炭素ナノチューブ、下記の第1の樹脂及び第2の樹脂を含み、
1)エチレン―EVA共重合体及びエチレン―MMA共重合体で構成される群より選ばれるいずれか一つである第1の樹脂;
2)セルロース系樹脂及びポリエステル系樹脂で構成される群より選ばれるいずれか一つである第2の樹脂;
前記炭素ナノチューブ100重量部に対して、前記第1の樹脂は200〜900重量部であり、前記第2の樹脂は200〜700重量部である
PTC素子用伝導性重合体組成物。 - 前記セルロース系樹脂は、ニトロセルロース又はアセチルセルロースであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPTC素子用伝導性重合体組成物。
- 前記炭素ナノチューブは、単一壁ナノチューブ又は多重壁ナノチューブであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPTC素子用伝導性重合体組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項の組成物を含むPTC素子。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項の組成物を含む面相発熱体。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項の組成物を含む回路。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項の組成物を含む抵抗体薄膜に電極及び電解質金属箔を積層させる段階を含むPTC素子の製造方法。
