본 발명은 탄소나노튜브, PTC 바인더인 수지 및 탄소나노튜브와 PTC 바인더를 고정시켜주는 셀룰로스계 또는 폴리에스테르계 수지를 이용한, NTC 특성이 감소된 PTC 소자용 전도성 중합체 조성물 및 이를 이용한 PTC 소자, 회로, 면상발열체에 대한 것이다.
