Description
Si粒子を粒径が100μmであるジルコニアビーズを使用して150時間粉砕して平均粒径(D50)が120nmであるSiナノ粒子を製造した。前記Siナノ粒子に対してCuKα線を用いたX線回折分析した結果、(111)面の半価幅が0.50°であった。前記X線回折分析は、Bruker社のX線回折装備(model D8 advance)を使用してCu−Ka波長(1.5418Å)のX線を用いてスキャン速度0.2°/minで測定した。また、X−ray tubeの電圧および電流は、それぞれ40KVおよび40mAであり、発散スリット(divergence slit)、反散乱スリット(anti−scatter slit)、受光スリット(receiving slit)の条件は、それぞれ0.5°、0.5°、そして0.2mmとして測定した。
Si粒子を粒径が100μmであるジルコニアビーズを使用して80時間粉砕して平均粒径(D50)が140nmであるSiナノ粒子を製造した。前記Siナノ粒子に対して実施例1と同様な方法でX線回折分析した結果、(111)面の半価幅が0.45°であった。前記製造されたSiナノ粒子を使用して実施例1と同様な方法で角型電池を製造した。
Si粒子を粒径が100μmであるジルコニアビーズを使用して60時間粉砕して平均粒径(D50)が160nmであるSiナノ粒子を製造した。前記Siナノ粒子に対して実施例1と同様な方法でX線回折分析した結果、(111)面の半価幅が0.40°であった。前記製造されたSiナノ粒子を使用して実施例1と同様な方法で角型電池を製造した。
Si粒子を粒径が100μmであるジルコニアビーズを使用して40時間粉砕して平均粒径(D50)が180nmであるSiナノ粒子を製造した。前記Siナノ粒子に対して実施例1と同様な方法でX線回折分析した結果、(111)面の半価幅が0.35°であった。前記製造されたSiナノ粒子を使用して実施例1と同様な方法で角型電池を製造した。
実施例1の負極活物質に人造黒鉛を1:4の重量比で混合して負極活物質スラリーを製造したことを除いては、実施例1と同様な方法で角型電池を製造した。
Si粒子を粒径が250μmであるジルコニアビーズを使用して40時間粉砕して平均粒径(D50)が160nmであるSiナノ粒子を製造した。前記Siナノ粒子に対して実施例1と同様な方法でX線回折分析した結果、(111)面の半価幅が0.30°であった。
Si粒子を粒径が500μmであるジルコニアビーズを使用して40時間粉砕して平均粒径(D50)が160nmであるSiナノ粒子を製造した。前記Siナノ粒子に対して実施例1と同様な方法でX線回折分析した結果、(111)面の半価幅が0.28°であった。

Claims (7)
- 伝導性粒子を50〜150μmの平均粒径を有するビーズを用いて24時間以上ミリングしてX線回折分析による最も高いピークを示す結晶面の半価幅が0.35°以上である伝導性ナノ粒子を製造し、
前記伝導性ナノ粒子と気孔を含む結晶質炭素物質とを混合して複合化する工程を含む、負極活物質の製造方法。 - 前記ビーズは、金属窒化物ビーズ、金属炭化物ビーズまたはこれらの組み合わせより選択される、請求項1に記載の負極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記ビーズは、ジルコニアビーズ、アルミナビーズ、シリコンカーバイドビーズ、シリカビーズまたはこれらの組み合わせより選択されるものである、請求項1に記載の負極活物質の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれか一項で製造した負極活物質を含む負極;
正極活物質を含む正極;および
非水電解質;を含む、リチウム2次電池。 - 前記負極は、前記負極活物質と結晶質炭素物質との混合物を含む、請求項4に記載のリチウム2次電池。
- 前記非水電解質は、非水性有機溶媒とリチウム塩を含み、
前記非水性有機溶媒は、ビニレンカーボネート、下記の化学式2のエチレンカーボネート系化合物またはこれらの組み合わせより選択される溶媒を含む、請求項4に記載のリチウム2次電池。
- 前記ビニレンカーボネート、前記化学式2のエチレンカーボネート系化合物またはこれらの組み合わせより選択される溶媒は、非水性有機溶媒総量に対して15〜30体積%で含まれる、請求項6に記載のリチウム2次電池。
